Great communication with the seller, 2 out of 3 boxes came in the same day, 3rd one arrived few days later. Nothing bent, nothing damaged, nothing missing. To assemble it I needed my wife’s help few times here and there but for the most part it was a 1 person job. All the parts and screws were labeled correctly and easy to identify. Instruction has great pictures and there is also video available to watch that is matching the paper instruction steps. There are 2 mistakes within the instruction, 1 step requires a different screw and another step tells you to use a screw that you need to actually unscrew later on to continue with another step but not a big deal, easy to figure out and there are plenty spare screws attached. Great on heavy Florida winds and rains, not leaking at all. Now the best part, it took me less than 5 hours from start to finish. I was concerned reading other comments with 16 hours of installation time but it was easy and all aligned. Great product for the money. Highly recommend the seller.

Aside from the crazy hot weather, it went together fairly easily. Thankfully it came with 2 Allen wrenches, so I chopped one into a straight tool I could fit into my drill chuck. SO much better than hand turning everything! I did it with minimal help from my wife (literally just twice for a couple minutes each time) and maximum help from my ladder in a day and a half with MANY water/cooling breaks. So. Much. Sweat. Probably could have easily done it in 1 day with 60 degree temps and no power outages that caused me to call it quits on day one. Hoping it holds up for many years, I don't see why it wouldn't. Comes in 3 boxes which may not all arrive together. Looking forward to adding some hanging lights and spending cooler evenings cooking under it and hanging out under it. Edit: BEST customer service I've ever experienced on Amazon, EVER! No lie!

I love this gazebo! It took one full day and a half to put together! Sometimes directions in manual were un clear but my husband is pretty good at putting things together! It seems well made and I’m pleased so far! I would definitely buy again!

Received my package and wasn’t able to start assembling until a couple of weeks latter. Opened both boxes and couldn’t find hardware , after reading reviews I realized I was missing a box. Contacted company to let them know I was missing a box, within a few hours I received a message they would get that out to me asap. I had the missing box in 2 days time. The gazebo is very well constructed and was surprised to not find any plastic pieces, it is all metal parts. Very pleased with this purchase.

If I'm like anyone else, I dislike having to contact a company after I receive something. One of the poles had paint scrapped off and was missing a pole. It happens. When I messaged them they got right back to me with an answer, not a million questions or did I do this or do that. Everything so far looks great with the appearance. Everything I was missing plus a part I said had paint chipped off. Always nice to have extra. Was fairly easy to do with two people. We did put a allen wrench in a screw gun which saved hours on assembly. Also the curtains are very heavy duty. Can't wait to try them out in the winter.

This was a fairly easy to put together. We bought it to replace a canvas topped gazebo that was 10 x 12. This is advertised as 10 x 12: but it is actually 9 x 12. We are bummed to have lost a foot of coverage. The frame of our other one was made so you can hang plants, wind chimes or a shirt to dry anywhere around the frame. You can hang much around this one.

We have it by our pool.when great grandchildren come we can sit in it and keep our eyes on them. We love that it is metal and the heavy duty curtains as well as the screen curtains. My husband put it together by himself. It was a lot of work but he was determined to do it. It looks great.
