The media could not be loaded. We researched many wine and beverage fridges since we don’t drink too much but have nice bottles to store. We looked for sleekness in design, functionality and noise level. This unit definitely meets the first two but it is a little noisy despite being advertised as quiet at 38db. I clocked it at 45-50 but could just be my unit. I’m pretty sensitive to noise and I work in the kitchen at night when it is quiet and it’s all I can hear. I contacted the distributor who was very responsive in coordinating a local tech to come out. Even after he replaced the fan though, the noise level was about the same. It’s too much trouble to return or go through filing a warranty claim with zephyr, so we’re just going to keep it and will have to get used to the noise. Otherwise, it’s a gorgeous fridge and love that it keeps two temps.

I purchased this Zephyr beverage fridge and am overall very pleased with the product. The only small negative I see so far is at this price point, I would expect better pullout shelve system that provides more extension outside the fridge. The seller HKL Distributing, earns 5+ stars! The refrigerator arrived with a damaged kick plate. I contacted the seller and sent a pic, they replied back in less than an hour. They apologized for the inconvenience and told me a replacement was on the way. A few days later the replacement arrived... accompanied by a nice thermal coffee decanter as a gift for my troubles.

I went ahead and reviewed at 3 stars as the display is not working right from the start. Runs quiet and adjustable lights are really nice. Shelves are of great quality. It cools fast! But the temp display doesn't work. Once their customer service department is open, I'll see how easy it is to get it corrected. Edit: they sent someone out that switched out the electrical board for the display for free. Works like a champ now.

Love that you can open just the wine side or the beverage side like a french door refrigerator so you're not warming up the wine or beverages by having one big door open. You have 3 choices of lights and if you're having a party you can have them stay on so people can see what they are reaching for without searching with the door open. Beware the 1.5 liter wine bottle is approximately 1 inch too long for the door to close. We ordered from Right Stuff Products LLC and they were wonderful to work with! John made sure we knew when it was shipped and answered any questions we had right away. It was so well boxed and packaged we hated to open it :) Would not hesitate ordering from them again!

Over the years I have had several small wine refrigerators. This by far is the best. These less expensive models become noisy as the compressor kicks in with a noticeable hum or motor sound. This one is so quiet I had to check the first days to see if was working. Another feature I appreciate is the detailed information on bottle size that can fit on each shelf. Not all wine bottles are the same diameter and with other frigs I have had it can be a fight to get the bottle in and out without scraping the label or jamming. This frig has shelves that fully pull out making it easy to load and review what you have. So far I have been very impressed. The length of the warranty tells you something about the quality. Most of the less expense frigs are 90 days Zephyr much longer.
