The media could not be loaded. As a person who is not handy, this fountain was very intimidating to install. But that was just my mind playing tricks on me. INSTALLATION The install was very easy apart from the weight of the fountain. I am not familiar with how water pumps work. The one provided had suction cups on it. It was not sticking on the dry surface, even with some water dabbed on it. It suctions much better once it’s fully submerged. If you see one of the spouts at the top draining, it means one of the hoses disconnected from the pump. I was told by a friend that the pump must always be fully submerged so make sure that pump is suctioned down and the water fills at least 1 inch above it. LOOKS & SOUND This is a beautiful fountain. It’s rustic and feels very zen. The gold is bright but mixed with a fadedness that makes it feel older than it is- in a good way! The sound is very peaceful. I wanted something that reminded me of the sound of a Japanese garden in the movie Kill Bill and this sounds like that. I included a video of the sound for you to make sure it’s what you want. I can’t wait to finish off the surroundings to make this a peaceful atmosphere. PRICE I purchased this on prime day and so I got an excellent deal ($519.72 before taxes). I would say this fountain is a high value for what you pay. DURABILITY If I remember, I will try to update the review after 1 year to show how it withstands the Florida sun.

The media could not be loaded. Great product and price point for someone looking for large Buddha based fountains that can be used indoors and outdoors. Only time will tell how long it will last but comparing it with similar purchases made in the past, it looks sturdy enough to withstand the elements. The pump is quiet and the lighting strikes the right balance (not too bright, not too dim)..Definitely recommend this product...

The media could not be loaded. I want to give this seller 5 stars but have to take one away for the minor damage to the exterior of the waterfall. Other than the damage, this waterfall far exceeds what I imagined. Also, I purchased this item 1 day before prime day and the item was listed $70 cheaper the following day. When contacted the seller to ask for a refund to match the price, they did not hesitate and I was given a refund the next business day. Overall, very happy with the purchase just bummed a little about the damage.
