Great quality as described! Built this in about an hour with some help. Extra hardware was great because one screw was wonky. The latches are more of a copper color and I thought they would be black to match the bars, but are functional and good quality as well. Great air flow for my girl, secure and sturdy, and can store her bed time treats and such on top. My King Charles weighs about 24 pounds, but she is long and this gives her plenty of space to stretch out. I was able to find a bed with removable cover on Amazon that was a perfect fit, but the crate did come with a basic nonslip blanket pad that I keep under the bed. This is more than tall enough and is a bit off the ground which helps keep it cool. Great value and heavy weight duty if you have a dog that tries to chew their crate. This is perfect for a free roam rabbit!! I wouldn’t recommend it for a small rabbit as they could slip between the bars, but the bigger/medium sized ones (pictured is my standard rex, but this would also be great for new zealand’s, silver foxes, etc; basically anything 9 lbs+) this is perfect!! The lip on the sides prevents hay and bedding from getting all over the floors, the mat is washable with grooves on the bottom to keep it in place, and the sliding door is perfect so the bun doesn’t accidentally lock themselves out by pushing it closed! This is a gorgeous way of creating a mess free space for your rabbit in a common living place! Worth the money! ... show more

This is a great product and comes as expected. The assembly is mostly simple and straightforward, only requiring a good Phillips screwdriver and the included allen wrench. The only complaints I had (and reason for 4 stars) was the three places that seemed a hole was drilled at a slight angle, a screw would only go halfway in (even when trying diff screws) and one of the feet would only go halfway until sprayed with some olive oil from the kitchen then it went in like a dream. Overall the pieces that went together as intended were absolutely well done. But we had three frustrating snags. One bolt to the door we had to really work and put some extra oomph into it. The only place we haven't solved was a screw to one of the door hinges that is still sticking halfway out. At the end of the day, it is holding and not interfering with the structure. Back to the good things. The doors open like French doors on the front or long side. And there is also an option to use a door at the short end. I love that gives play for what works best in your space. Currently we have used it to replace our entertainment stand. Our 55" tv sits perfect on top and wifi and xbox boxes are behind the TV. This came in and was missing a part and they responded RIGHT AWAY…2 days later a whole new crate showed up. We were just expecting the missing/broken piece but they went above and beyond!!

Update: giant hassle trying to get prepaid postage back. I'm not spending another $85 minimum to send this back for a potential refund. It is smaller than photos show but would have been okay for now if it weren't for some scrapes and cosmetic issues. It shows a large Golden in it- and ours, just a pup, was already slightly cramped in the space! We tried using it anyway because the return page looks like we have to pay shipping, but we are unhappy with the kennel. The sliding door can be unlocked easily if your pet bangs on it enough. Between that and the original scrapes (the shipping box wss damaged so it might be from that, we will have to find something else. The lock situation was the ultimate issue, because we need to keep him kenneled for short periods of time aka have him STAY IN the kennel. We had to go back to his old wire kennel. It'd cost a lot to send back so hopefully the seller will respond and cover it. We tried to go along with it even though it's smaller than shown and would never hold a large dog, even with the scrapes, but now it's useless for securing our pup even temporarily if the door keeps opening. ... show more

Love this dog crate. Actually bought another to have one at our beach house. The ONLY negative is that if you want a thicker pad to pamper your dog good luck finding one to fit.
