Terrible product. Super cheap. Reel broke during very first use-routine pond side use. Nothing crazy, no misuse. Customer service was a joke trying to get a replacement bc it was after the 30d window..bc it wasn’t able to be used when Santa brought it. We had to wait until it was actually warm.. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend, unless you want it for a one time use only item. I would not purchase again. ... show more

This rod is a joke, on my first use it broke and no matter what I did I could not fix it. Here is a list of the problems • cast button fell off • the reel stoped working • the rod kept breaking in half mid reel • line snapped while reeling in a fish If I could refund this I would but sadly the time ran out to do so, I wish I had listened to other people and bought something else ... show more
