I have been using zebco reels for over 70 hrs! Level wind, first button release (they came with two line spools! One for light line and one for heavey line! Miss that part of the package! Now I fish with the new ultra light rear button release and front trigger release model! I always go for the zebco reels first! Keep up the good product line. It was supposed to have 4 lb. Zebco® Cajun Line® but mine has clear line on it. All 4lb test line on the Zebco website is either red or blue. I removed the line and replaced it with 6lb test and it was a good thing. As I removed the old/new line it was mangled in several places and when I got to the bottom of the spool it wasn't even tied secure. That makes me wonder about the other reels I bought. ... show more

I liked this so much I bought another. Except it didn't cast as smoothly. Probably needs to be respooled, but that's annoying. The first one was fantastic out of the box. Using these with the collapsible eagle claw rods for a nice tiny fishing option when hiking.
