I finally can do a full review after having this window perch for a couple of weeks. I made the mistake of trying to place a cat in it against their will. But today, I finally caught a cat! So first this is pretty well made and just seems sturdy. It was easy to put together and looks super cute in the window. I have attached a picture of my one cat Fluffer Nutter Esq in the bed and he looks content as can be, entertainment if the busy street outside (we live in the city) and the comfort of the soft materials. ... show more

Our cats love this window seat. Easy to install and is sturdy. I added a towel for extra softness and easy to keep clean by just washing the towel. Our cats are 11 and 18 lbs, so no issues on saging or breaking.

I bought the Zakkart Cat Perch for my two cats, and they absolutely love it! The orthopedic hammock design with the bolster is a game-changer, it’s incredibly soft and supportive, and my cats spend hours lounging and bird-watching from the window. Installation was mostly straightforward, but I did run into a bit of a challenge because my window has molding below the sill. It took a little extra effort to get the perch to sit flush, and I had to get creative with positioning. That said, once installed, it’s surprisingly sturdy and secure. No wobbling or slipping, even with both cats jumping on and off. Overall, it’s a fantastic perch but just be aware that if your windows have molding, you might need to tweak the setup a bit. ... show more

It took Beanie all of about 15 seconds once the shelf was put together and in the window for her to claim is as "MEOWNINE". Her two brothers angled to try it out but she wasn't having any of it and they haven't tried again. Since they are 16 and 18 pounds respectively and she is only 6 it's ideal for her. It was easy to put together, the wooden supports that are on the bottom are solid and it's great for a smaller cat. I'm not so sure about a heavier one because there is really nothing to stabilize it underneath. I'm not too worried about the boys not having a place to look out the window because they both have cat trees they don't share. The padding is just right, obviously, for Beanie. beautiful wood pieces with no odd smell, very well priced, no suction cups so there's no load bearing on the window glass, easy to install, took about 10 min to put togetherand it fit in the window frame without and issue. 12lb cat has no problem walking into it and on it so its pretty sturdy.
