It is comfortable for her and is extremely breathable which is great when you are in the car or on a plane. It has many areas where there is mesh so your pet can get plenty of air. It can be worn as a backpack, strapped in your car or tethered over your luggage handle when traveling with luggage. It has a nice buckle so your car buckle can keep your pet safe and secure and a fuzzy platform inside for added comfort. I needed a new cat carrier as my 5 year old cat out grew hers. A friend suggested the idea of using a backpack. I searched Amazon for a pet backpack. I didn't know they even existed. I bought this to transport my cat. Best purchase ever! Just put my cat in it, zipped it shut and put it on like a backpack and off we go. The cat loves it. She quietly sits looking out the many windows. When out sight seeing, I hear people behind me say "Wow, there's a cat in that back pack". It also leaves my hands free to carry other items or just walk/hike. This pack is well constructed and my 11 pound cat seems to be comfortable in it. The padded shoulder straps makes it very comfortable for me to carry. No more having to leave my cat at home. I've even carried it on the front. Other than not being able to see my feet, it was ok. It does come with a single, over one shoulder carry strap as well; however, it really isnt very comfortable for me. All in all, it was a great purchase and I would buy this again. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is such a great bag that I have 2 of them. I've been using a pet carrier backpack for a couple years now and it was time for a new one. This one is not as sturdy as my last one. It gives more in the construction, but that will come in handy fitting him under the seat on an airplane. When wearing as a backpack there isn't much padding on the back or the straps, but this also makes it less hot to wear soy back is not all sweaty. It's lightweight and looks more like a normal bag keeping him discreet when out and about. I really like that it has the strap to wear it on my shoulder if I want. I travel often with my cat, so the strap to slip over my rolling luggage handle is a great feature! So many entry points and mesh for ventilation. That's been essential this summer in keeping him cool. The built in leash/strap on this one is the perfect length. My cat likes to pop his head up and out the top when I'm walking and this keeps him from creeping out of the bag and onto my shoulder when he gets too excited about arriving at a familiar place. Having the front loops for the seatbelt, brilliant! And the side pouch for his travel essentials is a good size for the stuff I need easy access to, like his cookies and water bowl as well as a couple essentials for myself. Love this bag! The backpack straps make this carrier super comfortable! Makes it a lot more comfortable to take my cat to vet follow-ups without any hassle. It also has a great amount of room so that it isn't too tight for any small/medium size pets. Lots of pockets!

This cat backpack is actually very easy to assemble and they used very nice materials. I love it and my cat loves it! Hopefully, with this backpack I can take my cat out to see the bigger world lol she is a very timid cat.
