If you're looking for a good tasting + good texture gummy that is made from natural ingredients and will effectively deliver the nutrient to your body, then buy these gummies! I have vitamin D deficiency and for the first few years was searching for gummies (which are WAY better than pills taste wise! but also recommended by my doctor as I was told that the body is better at absorbing vitamin D through a gummy rather than a pill) that I felt safe taking regularly. I was looking for a company who values nature and nature's inherent design to deliver the nutrients we need as well as a product that specifically has slightly less concentrated vitamins in each gummy as I only have a mild deficiency (so yes I am an adult purposefully buying a children's product). Once I found Zahler's Chapter One gummies, I have been sticking to them as my sole source of vitamin d supplement for years and haven't had any problems. They're effective and the best vitamin D gummies that I've found out there. I hope they keep making them for the next several decades! xD ... show more
