The media could not be loaded. I’m in love , it’s the perfect size for my 12x10 gazebo it also gives perfect heating. It did take a few tries to turn on but after turning it off to see if I had the same issue but I’m glad it was just on the first try then afterwards it turns on with one try . First time to buy a fire pit. I found this one and gave it a try. Not hard to set it up at all. It took me less than half hour to assemble. One mistake I made was on the legs. I set up on wrong directions. You should make sure that the holes on the legs are facing inside. It comes with the lava rock. I gave it a try during the night. Arrived with one small bent piece (the magnet that holds the propane door closed) but I straightened that out easily enough. It was well packaged (bent piece would have had to happen before shipping). Pieces all appear sturdy and assembly wasn’t difficult, just a lot of screws - took about 90 minutes. Automatic ignition isn’t working but I just used a lighter. If I can’t get the ignition to work I’ll try and replace but still very pleased at this point.
