I've been using this for a few days now. So far it's been great. I keep it on my bedroom and it easily cools it down. I run it at 70 which feels amazing in 95° plus weather outside. Had no problems keeping me cool in the triple digit heatwave the other day. I do pair it with with a ceiling fan and a tower fan pretty much on top of me as I sleep because I need air hitting me or I sweat in my sleep. But it does cool the room down fine. I have a 20x20 bedroom. Its fairly quiet, easy to setup, easy controls. There's sleep timers, temp settings, fan only mode, dehumidifier, and AC.

The media could not be loaded. Pros: This portable AC is impressively quiet and highly effective at cooling. Its sleek, modern design stands out from other models, and installation was quick and hassle-free. Cons: Communication with the seller has been frustrating. I asked if it was possible to purchase an additional set of window sliding kits, but they misunderstood my question and repeatedly said that one was already included—ignoring the actual request. This raises concerns about future support should the unit develop any issues. Additionally, no user manual was included in the box. While the mobile app initially worked well, it failed to connect the second time I tried, making it unreliable so far.

Love the unit, cool my apartment fast, I have a 1000 square apartment, got the 8000 BTU with this one, and both are amazing, this one came with all the insulation and stuff you need, I had enough insulation for my sec unit even a third that's just how much they think ahead, to window size! Both units work Perfectly and are keeping my apartment comfortable. I like the design and size of the 16000 BTU it's pretty small for a powerful unit! 🥰💪

Defective model. I was careful to read reviews prior to purchasing and they were good but since have changed to negative. This unit is pretty quiet and works very well WHEN it works. I use this to keep bedroom cooler at night but writing this in the middle of the night because the unit once again has malfunctioned. I set the temperature then set fan to low but in the middle of the night the fan speed switches to high on its own. Other times the unit shuts itself off and no I am not engaging the timer. Now the digital display is reading between 21° and 32 I believe the control boards are defective. Customer service is nonexistent Do not waste your time and money Now the question is how to return this hunk of junk, oh joy

This is a great unit with strong output and a lot of thoughtful details. It came with multiple panel options to fit different window sizes. While none of the panels fit my window perfectly, I was able to trim one easily to size, and it worked out great. The kit also includes plenty of adhesive foam, plus a reel of thicker, non-adhesive foam for a tight, secure seal. My apartment is over 2,100 square feet, which is much larger than the recommended space for a unit this size, but I’m genuinely impressed by how well it cools the space. Within about 20 minutes, I noticed a significant difference. It also comes with a remote and an adhesive dock for easy storage, which is a nice touch. It’s a bit loud on certain modes, but that’s a small tradeoff for how well it performs. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

It’s ok but the exhaust hose they give is junk plastic very stiff and not flexible at all and won’t stay on the back of the unit keeps blowing off very frustrating to find it off every five minutes. For a few bucks more you can get a name brand. It probably doesn’t have the same problem….
