It's used as my laptop desk while connected to my TV. The ability to tilt isn't used often but when I do use it it's very useful. This is such a nice table. Perfect as a standing or mobile desk/work station, or just for a couch table. It's on wheels, making it easy to maneuver. It has multiple levels that it can rise and lock to, as well as a tilting position for 2/3 of the table.
