This light fixture is stunning! We love it! The packaging was very good and it arrived a week early. It took us about 3 hours to assemble. I would recommend installing the outer branches after you get the base light fixture installed first. It was much easier this way. Also, I would recommend putting the crystals on from above the fixture, higher on the ladder. It made seeing the holes easier. ... show more

It’s pretty but not easy to set up. The crystals hooks are very weak, I wish I got some extra. I am trying to contact customer support to send me extra hooks and and extra cristal since one cracked :(

The media could not be loaded. The light is beautiful. Hit the perfect notes for our high-end renovation. It can go from very bright to candlelight dim. The customer service team was extremely supportive. I highly recommend.

I purchased this product despite there being few reviews and took a gamble! Well, it paid off big time as the crystals shine a lot more than pictures can do justice even when the chandelier is not turned on. It is a breathtaking product for which I have gotten a ton of complements. In fact, I also have a real Austrian crystal chandelier which costs 4x this one and yet no one complements that one and everyone asks about this one which costs a small fraction of that one. The assembly is also not cumbersome considering the amount of crystals it has since you can attach strands on each level easily without headache. Strongly recommend this product …..you will love it too! ... show more
