    • Decent, but it takes awhile to put together

Pros- 1. Plenty of extra pieces for the screws and bits 2. Clean 3. It was packaged well and nothing was damaged when I got it. 4. Easy to follow instructions. 5. Looks OK. 6. Doors are very secure by the magnetic holds 7. They do provide everything you need to put it together so you don't HAVE to have special tools. 8. You could do this by yourself (though it's easier with 2 people. Cons 1. You can only use a drill on a few parts or you'll wreck the pieces (they DO warn you not to use a drill in the instructions 2. The doors don't fit quite as tight on the top and bottom as I'd hoped, so there's a gap. 3. There are a LOT of screws to put in 4. The holes I needed to put screws into often chipped around the edges. 5. It took almost 2 hours to put together (with help and a drill) 6. While it's pretty heavy, it's a little wobbly. 7. The backer board is pretty thin, though it's thicker than the stuff I've seen on bookcases from Walmart so it could be worse. I would recommend using a drill when you can (but be careful, there are boards you should NOT use a drill on!). My hands are sore from the manual screwdriver, and you must push hard for some of the screws. I'm going to use different pulls on it, but I'm happy with how firmly the doors stay shut. You get what you pay for and this is decent for the price. ... show more

I would NOT recommend purchasing this item. I received multiple parts that were not created correctly if you look at the instructions (holes on both sides instead of one side, etc.) and this creates a terrible looking piece with holes on the front of the cabinet. The screws for the backing also split the shelf and have compromised it. It took hours to put together and now I have to spend hours to disassemble in order to attempt to return it. ... show more

    • Bad Smell Difficult Assembly

It's a nice cabinet for the price but it has an awful smell to it and the guy who put it together said the instructions to put it together were off. It took them close to 3 hours to put what was supposed to be a simple, straight forward assembly together. I would say choose a different cabinet.

One of the four cabinets neighbors the living room that has a grayish accent wall. The gray cabinet blends very well, barely noticeable. No painting is necessary. After the first cabinet, I change the order of the instructions a little since I was assembling 4 cabinets alone. The instructions were easy to me. Some were awkward, like putting the hinges on the doors first then to the cabinet. I put the hinges on the cabinet panels first then attached the doors. I put the top magnet on in step 2 instead of it being last. The height is fine, wish it was wider but I can live with this. ... show more
