We needed a pantry but were short of space. I looked through many of the items that were available and finally chose this one. I wanted one with legs, slim and with several shelves - 6 shelves, three of them are adjustable and the one shelf in the bottom part is not. It is easy to assemble and it’s not heavy. You must keep in mind to use the bottom shelf for heavy items so that the cabinet will not tilt and fall; of course you can secure it to the wall but we didn’t have that option. This was a pain to put together cause it didn’t come with directions in the box. Then the ones I found online weren’t The correct ones so I ended up breaking two small pieces in the door. And then the company sent me the correct directions after I had done that. It took me two days to get this put together. I would have to say it’s not worth the money ... show more

I like the material it’s made out of I love it was relatively easy to put together. It took my husband about two hours. Only thing is the shelves on the door or extremely narrow and can maybe hold a box or two

    • It took me 9 hours to put together.
They need better directions. I'm familiar with putting Sanders together. There are no videos on YouTube for directions on this cabinet. They have a short video on there product page on Amazon. I went between the direction and the video. I had to stop the video and count the holes so that I knew which side goes where. I know other manufacturer's make this same cabinet. Check out the directions and reviews though. I checked the reviews for this cabinet and so many customer had the same issue. But, there is always one that says " It was so easy to put together, I did it in 4 hours. Don't listen to the ones saying it's not easy". Guess who listened to him... The cabinet is beautiful. I have it in my kitchen and I love it. Just beware of instructions or hire some one to put it together for you. ... show more

Bought it for my daughter for her apartment. It’s a very nice cabinet with nice storage. It did take her and her boyfriend quite a few hours to put it together as there are many pieces but all in all it came out very nice and looks great as an addition pantry.

I want to start off by saying that in the last few months I have put together many pieces of furniture together, due to the fact that I'm setting up a new mobile home. This cabinet gave me the most trouble I have had. 1) The directions are atrocious. They are not clear on anything. 2) The wooden dowels were too large for the holes in the wooden piece that went between the drawers, causing the section to split when I inserted them. 3) The drilled holes for the shelf directly under the drawers are in the wrong place. No matter how I tried to get the shelf to fit, it kept sticking out the back about 1/2-3/4 inch. Therefore there is a gap in the front below the drawers. 4) Due to the #3 problem, the shelf stuck out the back and I literally had to cut and piece the back cover together around it, therefore it was not as sturdy as it should have been. Also, the nail holes for the back covers were in the incorrect places. 5) The top had several marks, I'm assuming from being rubbed against the styrofoam it was packed in. Had this cabinet not been so heavy for me to try to return, it would have went back immediately. After about the first hour, I was ready to send it to the burn pile. It took me 2 days, but I have a somewhat functional cabinet. Learned my lesson and will go back to Sauder, where you can actually understand the step-by-step instructions. I definitely DO NOT recommend this cabinet. ... show more
