They need better directions. I'm familiar with putting Sanders together. There are no videos on YouTube for directions on this cabinet. They have a short video on there product page on Amazon. I went between the direction and the video. I had to stop the video and count the holes so that I knew which side goes where. I know other manufacturer's make this same cabinet. Check out the directions and reviews though. I checked the reviews for this cabinet and so many customer had the same issue. But, there is always one that says " It was so easy to put together, I did it in 4 hours. Don't listen to the ones saying it's not easy". Guess who listened to him... The cabinet is beautiful. I have it in my kitchen and I love it. Just beware of instructions or hire some one to put it together for you. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Being handy, it wasn’t as difficult to put together as some reviewers experienced, but it does take time. However, once I hit a snag, my problems began. The inside door panels with the pre-drilled holes were mislabeled, & we received 2 of the same panel, when both sides have to be different. I contacted Amazon, who said to go to the seller. The seller, was in fact, very kind & as helpful as he could be. He always responded quickly & politely each time I inquired about ETA. Amazon explicitly tells you to NOT give sellers specific information, & as I found out, I had no choice but to give the seller all of that info because in order to get the replacement panel, they had to place the order & it had to be shipped from China, so my info had to go on the shipping export papers. It took over 3 weeks to get the panel. In the end, the new panel wasn’t correct either, & the pre-drilled holes for the pegs were in the wrong place, so I ended up drilling new holes anyway. Now, here’s where the other reviewers are correct. If it hadn’t taken so long to already get half of it put together, I’d have packed it back up & returned it, but there was no way I was spending hours taking it apart. In the end, the cabinet is exactly as I had hoped. It was purchased for storing cat food, & it works perfectly for that & holds quite a bit. ... show more

I bought this to fit in a small kitchen for cat food and related supplies. It's a bonus that it looks so nice! Not easy to assemble, but if you take your time, everything fits together nicely. I have anchored it to the wall for added security.
