Haven’t bolted this to a permanent location yet but I imagine it will fix the warping issue. The bottom is not even due to possible warping or just cheap build quality so it wobbles on a flat surface. Easy to set up. Works fine. Pretty light duty… just like the ones in hotel rooms. Probably east for a thief to break into but I just needed something basic so I could at least remember where my important documents are now that they have a home.

UPDATE: original review is below, but deserves an update as I have figured it out. If I push in on the lower left corner and slightly up toward the top, the door will close and lock. So it’s a safe now, call it 3.5 stars. Original review: I wanted a cheap safe, and this was cheap. I wouldn’t leave a one star review for a product being cheap when I knew that going in. However, the door will not lock when it’s closed, no matter what I try. So this isn’t a cheap safe anymore, it’s an expensive box. One star for expensive cheap box.

Fair Value I would buy this again if the key was not out of round and there was no superficial minor paint damage. Directions were easy to understand. Generally an okay safe for the money.

To be clear, this will work well if you need a basic safe to keep important documents and weapons out of reach of small children but it won't be great protection against robberies, fires or water ingress. For my needs it was a perfect fit.

It is a nice green color and a nice size to secure document's, and cash for sure ,but the security code you program does NOT work just the key entry.
