I recently purchased the grey and black patio set, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The set arrived quickly, and the assembly was straightforward—everything was clearly labeled and easy to put together. The materials feel incredibly sturdy and well-made, with a solid construction that provides great durability. The grey and black color scheme is sleek and modern, and it fits perfectly with my outdoor decor. It’s not only stylish but also comfortable. The cushions are plush without being too soft, providing excellent support for long outdoor gatherings. Overall, this patio set has exceeded my expectations in terms of both design and functionality. It’s built to last, looks fantastic, and really enhances the vibe of my backyard. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and sturdy outdoor furniture set ... show more

    • Gorgeous with Poor back Cushion

Beautiful, strong, sturdy couches, and seats for the patio. Absolutely gorgeous looking in person. However, the back pillow cushions are very thin and weak. You literally feel the metal bars of the couch behind your back that supports the cushions. I’m talking painful. Easy fix I went to Michael’s fabric store and purchased seven back pillows the same size and left the stuffing that was in there already and shoved in the new pillows to make it at least bearable. Did I mention how beautiful it is. The only other issue I had other than the big one with the pillows is the fact that I installed the seat wrong on both couches. If you do this, it will cause you to slide forward. Make sure you install it properly. Everything else is super easy to install. No instructions needed. Except for the fact that the bottom needs to be replaced the right way or else you will slide down. Did I mention how gorgeous it is in person and about half the price than it is at Costco for the same exact thing. ... show more

    • Good product, great customer service (5pc set, black/grey)
Review Image by Bryan
This patio set looks good, looked like the pictures, and it was easy to assemble. The only change we had to make was adding extra padding to the back cushions as they aren't very supportive, but that is a low-cost addition to make. I was deciding between two very similar items from different sellers and went with this one because of the reviews on customer service, and I'm glad I did. The customer service helped with clarifying when shipments would arrive (pieces arrived quickly, but in multiple shipments) as Amazon only allows showing tracking information for a single package. They also helped with one part of a frame had a large dent when it arrived - they sent me a replacement part quickly without any hassle. I recommend the product and this seller. ... show more

    • Good set for outdoor use
Review Image by Bill-L001
The product is good, although there were some quality issue in the shipment, but the seller quickly helped me resolved it. The metal frames are excellent for outdoor use, as it won't be impacted by sun light and rain, and the seat cushions are study and excellent. I only wish the back side cushions are as solid as the seat cushions, as they are a bit too soft. ... show more

    • Strong and beautiful!
It’s strong, and very stylish and makes the back patio beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about it. It’s a great price and well worth the investment.

    • low frame bar height and back cushions super thin/collapse.
assembly not too bad - 4 hours for 1 person to do 5 prices. frames ok. what is bad is the ads dont say that while the bottom cushions are 5" (more like 4" in reality), the back cushions for sofa, LS, and chairs are paper thin and just collapse like sponge when you lean back. I measured thickness after letting them fluff for 6 days - 2.5 to 3 inches in best places and they go flat under pressure immediately (i'm 6' 190 lbs so not some giant). Because the back bar frame heights on all pieces are so low (mid to lower back) these just hurt. its always about cushion depth and back height and not sure why they use such cheap cushions when the frames are a 7 out of 10. debating on sending these back because they just aren't comfortable but I'd need to disassemble and thats a pain. If back cushion were 5" then this might be passable, I just dont know if its worth keeping - I will have to buy all new cushions in the US soon just to make this middling. sorry - dont really recommend. ... show more
