Score great seats for your glass. Introducing the 3D StadiumView Coasters. They’re made up of multiple layers that form a 3D replica of your team’s actual stadium - only a little bit smaller. The protective top layer is clear so you can get a great view of your team's stadium. Great for living rooms, fan caves and sports bars anywhere. Looks great even when not in use and sure to be a conversation piece around any table. Planar's remarkably affordable PDP-42BK 42-inch gas-plasma television lets you connect to a broad range of entertainment sources, displaying images from devices including progressive-scan DVD players, DTV set-top receivers, video cameras, and gaming consoles. This is an EDTV (enhanced-definition) set with 852 x 480 native pixel resolution, a step closer to full HDTV than standard sets. Leveraging its 20 years' experience in the flat-panel display industry, Planar has created the Planar PDP-42BK to offer the best combination of image quality, performance, and price in the 42-inch HD plasma display category. Out to set a new standard for large-screen viewing and versatility, this display combines enhanced brightness, contrast ratio, and low power consumption with ultra-performance imaging features such as video de-interlacing and scaling using acclaimed DCDi technology from Faroudja for spectacular picture quality. With a plasma screen you get vivid colors like you've never seen before, extremely wide viewing angles (wider, even, than those of most LCD screens), and easy placement due to a plasma monitor's slim profile--the PDP-42BK is a mere 3.2 inches deep, perfect for desk or wall mounting. Brightness tends to be extremely uniform across plasma screens, which are also impervious to the picture distortion and negative color balances that afflict CRT monitors when placed near lighting or sound systems. You do, however, need to be wary of image burn-in (wherein long-held stationary images leave a permanent impression in the screen). Connections include composite-video, S-video, and component-video inputs along with an RGB computer signal input (DVI-I with analog adapter) for dual-purpose home theater/home office applications. The PDP-42BK also lets you view multiple images at once through its picture-in-picture (PIP) feature, and you can use the remote control to zoom in and out of images and freeze images onscreen. The PDP-42BK is backed by Planar's Customer First warranty, featuring free 2-day-air advance replacement for 1 year from the date of purchase. What's in the Box Plasma TV, remote control, remote batteries, table stand, a user's manual, and warranty information.
