I just received this kit today and was surprised at how hefty the instruments are and how well made they are. I had read a review saying that there were jagged edges and I was skeptical but knew I could return them if there was a problem. I like the felt storage case as well. The instruments glide across my skin - the "S" shape is great on my face and neck and the "Y" is perfect for a trouble spot near my hip. I plan to use these for a while. I had some jade gua sha tools but they aren't as firm and tend to break.

Purchased these for massaging the achilles tendon (tendonitis) so that I could do at home what the physcical therapists do in their office. I brought these in for the PT folks to train me, and they were impressed by the quality. Double bevilled edge, and very strong and sturdy. I wouldn't know, but they said that these were of much higher quality than other non-professional instruments they have seen. (Along with various streching and strengthing exercise, this type of massage really worked for my tendonitis!!)

A freind told me about this therpy after "much research" and talking to my phyical therpist she said "go for it, it works" . I really like that they are stainless steel good for cleaning. Each one has different uses for back neck legs etc. Very easy to hold.
