The seats are fabric, very firm with comfortable cushion seats. They have a low back and are excellent for our use. We do not use them as dining chairs but use them to do sitting exercises. These chairs are very strong with steel legs, they look great and easy to put together. I am overly impressed with the quality and functionality of these chairs. They are extra easy to assemble and they hold 300 pounds. The manufacture includes the wrench needed to put the chair legs together, extra bolts and an extra leg foot. Just overall excellent chairs.

Super comfortable and amazing quality will get more and keep this updated for how long they last! Will say it does not show on the instructions which way the arrows or anything goes. Also there are no words on the instructions either, but it is easy to assemble if you look closely at the second picture first.

I love the concept and look of these chairs but the installation was a bit rough. The first issue is that they provide a screw set with no label on the screws so you are left to your own device to figure out what screw (F) is in the manual as you have no reference. The second issue was that they included a nice set of cotton gloves (a very nice touch I thought at first) but then you realize that these were provided not for the chairs protection but your own. These chairs have some weld overrun that is extremely sharp and very easy to cut yourself on. Do yourself a favor and put the gloves on before handling any metal parts. I feel this could have been an easy five star set of chairs but the label and safety issues drastically reduced the score.
