I initially purchased these bar stools, great color, makes any atmosphere “pop” with style, but realized I preferred a different style with more cushion. I contacted the company-they sent me new chairs!!! Amazing, their response time was great-I recommend EVERYONE consider purchasing these bar stools-not many companies will respond to a customer so quickly and even circle back to ensure you are happy-I know I am!!

I purchased two of these chairs less than five months ago. They both have very limited usage and already, one of the chairs has become wobbly and has started scraping against the lift mechanism, causing paint flecks all over the floor. It's to the point that I'm concerned about the safety of the chair. I contacted the company and their customer service promptly offered to replace or refund the chair. While I had issues with the chairs themselves, the customer service provided was top notch!

These bar stools are sooooooo nice and luxurious feeling!!! They were so simple to put together it took like 5 minutes to assemble both. They have a nice weight to them and these go HIGH!! I was worried at first as I have a abnormally high bar bit these definitely impressed me and even over achieved a bit! The seat material is SO soft! I'm a faux leather kind of way. The matte black metal looks sleek and great! These compliment my home and bar well and they are definitely worth the price! You are definitely getting the nice quality for what you're paying for!
