Please check the box that the game came in. Mine was damaged. And my game did not work. It would not let me access the other games on the unit. It kept on staying on one game. And the instructions was not clear and it did not explain how to change the different games. I had to figure it out. I do not recommend this product.

We ordered this for our son’s 8th birthday and the provided controllers will not connect to the device. The instructions provided are very simple and do not explain much of anything. We have tried several different ways to try to get them to connect such as, turning it on and off, using brand new batteries, unplugging the stick system from the tv, and more. The system loads on the tv but neither of the controllers will connect. they both keep flashing red and blue no matter what.

I have not had any of the technical problems that other reviewers have had, a couple of games seem to have some bugs but not a big deal. My biggest issue with this emulator is it has too many games. I don't need 87 versions of Street Fighter 2. It would've been better if it had 500 games with better graphics and better game play. I don't understand the order in which the games are listed either, some games are in alphabetical order and others are not. I also find it ironic that it comes with a play station style controller but out of all the emulators, it has the fewest play station games by a lot. It would be nice if there was explanation of what the buttons did for each emulator
