This prunner cuts good, hope batteries will last. The prunner feels cheap made plastic, the power on / off switch also feels cheap, like battery power kid toys. But it cuts good. If batteries will last then it is a good prunner. I came back to update my review after using it to clean my tree branches this morning. I would say this prunner is a must have in your house. Very good prunner, it cuts tree branches like butter. It is so convenient to have, now tree branch cleaning is no longer a tedious job. Hope batteries will last. I used it for two hours on one battery and it is still going strong. It can cut branches up to two inches, more than than then just give it a couple squeezes and it will cut it through. Have not owned it for a long time so I cannot rate the batteries life, but as of right now batteries seem to hold the charge good. Compared to bigger brands like Dewalt, Craftman, Ryobi this is a better deal because 2 batteries are included. I would recommend to buy this, don't hesitate. ... show more

I bought this and a mini 4-inch chainsaw at the same time, about a year ago (August 2023). They both work well and each comes with two batteries. I have yet to use either one long enough in the same day to have needed the second battery. I wind up using the pruner more, as I cut up limbs into small enough pieces to fit in my fire pit. I only need the chainsaw for thicker stuff, which there is less of. The only real objection that I have is the trigger on the pruning shears. It is curved enough that I wind up putting my finger on the very tip at the bottom, and it is somewhat pointed. I flattened it off some with a file, but I would have preferred a less curved trigger in the first place. I will also say that I am scared of this pruner, as it would be easy to get careless and clip off a finger. A finger wouldn't slow it down one little bit! ... show more

Nothing about it works. I ordered in Feb 2024, season to use in Ohio (April/May) is now. Battery packs fully charged, follow instructions on how to start and nothing. One of the battery packs won't even go on the unit. Add insult to injury at this time I am supposed to go to yougfin.com to try to get help/return and the site is unsafe!! I have at least 4 other battery operated tools so I know how to use them. contact with a yougfin rep would certainly be appreciated. Within a week I had a response from the company. I thought when I bought it that is a good quality since there as 50% discount on it from original price. Once received yesterday. First there was broken part in it. very clear that the quality is very poor, Manual to doesn't explain how to operate properly. Had very hard time to try to use it. Finally after multiple trial to operate it, after few minutes it stops and to go through this painful process to et it to work. Definitely, I am returning it. This product place is Garbage can and the company is fooling customers. If there is rating below zero I would have choose. Honestly don't recommend at all ... show more
