I've been using this pruner the entire Spring and Summer. It's a beast of a little tool. The batteries last a long time between charges as well. It cuts small branches as big as an inch with ease. Would recommend for normal lawn and gardens.

I bought these shears because they were cheap, came with two batteries and a case, how can I go wrong? Didn’t really expect to be blown away, but these things made pruning fun. Position the blades, pull the trigger and it slices through like butter. Had a hard time cutting through anything bigger than an inch thick, though. Sometimes it took two or three trigger pulls if the wood was especially tough. For the most part, though I just swanned around the yard, gleefully snipping all those annoying little twigs that seem to poke out all over the place, making my yard looking increasingly unkempt. Now I just have a big pile of cut up branches in the middle of my yard making it look unkempt. I call that a win. Oh, one thing. I highly recommend not using them while under the influence of anything. It would be really easy to cut your fingers off with these shears… ... show more

Honestly handles pretty well. It's something I would buy my parents as they are older because it's a lot less work then normal shears and doesn't weigh much at all. I tested this out the day I got it and let's just say I was wanting to cut more things with it to clean up my yard but I had already done everything. My neighbor saw what I was doing and I let her go crazy on her yard for 5 min and she said I'm ordering that thing tomorrow. I wish there was a stronger version that cut the real thick 1 inch branches but that's why they make chainsaws. If your looking for something to save you time cutting and trimming branches and brush them this product you Def have to get. Good value for the money. ... show more

I was astonished how well it was made, and how well it worked. I have been wearing myself out with traditional loppers, until a neighbor told me about this. I have a huge pile of branches that I was having trouble breaking up into small enough pieces to fit in our grass and limb recycle bin. In just a few minutes, I was able to do more than I had been able to do in an hour in the past. I’m so impressed. I wish I had bought one sooner. It has great safety features. These shears are amazing. I was completely impressed with the thickness of the limbs that this set of shears will prune. Inch and a half limbs are no problem for these electric shears. They are easy to use, easy to store, and, easy to charge. My hands don't cramp anymore. I highly recommend them!
