i got this product and did not use it right away but when i used it it started off working great but after a few uses the cutting part did no longer work. i got one use of it and then i tried all the trouble shooting that it said in the booklet nothing worked. i was unable to return due to return due to the deadline but I THINK IT IS UNFAIR TO HAVE TO KEEP THIS PRODUCT WHICH DID NOT WORK. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE. i feel the company should allow the product to be returned. ... show more

Game changer. I bought these and they arrived this afternoon. I made over 1000 cuts today because I am planting a willow hedge by coppicing a patch of willow shrubs. My battery level did not drop at all and these things powered through stems as wide as the jaws. Highly recommended. Quick update, two more days of over 2000 cuts each day. This tool works really well at trimming and pruning landscaping with lots of trees and bushes that constantly grow during the season. Battery is interchangeable but I used a small Dewalt battery. I am a petite female and the larger batteries were too heavy for me but was not heavy at all for my husband (6'3" 275 lbs. So, obviously not difficult for someone that size). Product is very sharp and the trigger only requires a light squeeze. Easy clean up as well. Use veggie oil to keep from rusting. Plants shouldn't have anything that humans can't consume. This clipper was so fast and easy to use I had to hold myself back. Instead of spending a full hour in awkward positions trying to trim branches with my old 2 handed loppers, this baby made yard cleanup as easy as cutting butter with a hot knife. So fast, so effortless, so amazing I told everyone I could how great they are. Why lookout.... I really was tempted to just go down the entire street and prune everyone's trees and bushes.
