I ordered two zebra blinds for installation in a bathroom. The fit for these is very tight as they both are installed in a corner butted up to each other. These blinds had to be outside mounted so I wanted to make sure that what I measured was exactly what I got. I sent an email to support and they responded quickly and accurately as to what the dimensions would be. I was satisfied and ordered. Installation was easy. My only concern was with these being zebra blinds is that I wanted the closed position to be just below the window frame. I measured the fully closed blind length and installed the brackets based on this. They ended up being exactly where I needed them. The two window shades were mounted at the same height and the "zebra" shades matched exactly to each other. I ordered these with zigbee motors and was able to connect them to my Hubitat Hub which now allows me to control position of the blinds based on a percentage. Awesome. Overall the support was fantastic and the blinds met my expectations. The only downside is that the outside mounting brackets cause a 1/4 inch gap between the wall and the shade valence. Since my two shades butt up against each other this caused the one shade to be 1/4 inch off center of the other window. This is minor but might be useful information for someone else.

Good quality, sturdy Very easy to install for the valance version The shades looks very nice, regret that didn't get the same one for another window. The customer service is supreme. I bought another shade before but without the valance. I contacted the customer service whether they can include the valance accessories when I order the shade for another window. They accepted without additional charge! The valance accessories came nicely and every easy to install.

The media could not be loaded. Ok, so let me start that from the moment I ordered it, I got a confirmation and email request to approve the design (measurements I submitted along with the color, etc...). Communication is 5 of 5 stars. before I purchased this, I went to different show rooms around town and looked for the same exact specs - Zebra, motorized, rechargeable, solar panels, custom sizes, Alexa enabled, etc.. This was 1/5th (20%) of quotes I got. That's right - what a value! And let me say, the quality is 5 of 5. Everything about it is elegant - and works! It was very easy to install as well once you do one, the rest goes faster. Everything worked right out of the box. Even the remote was already pre-programmed so I started enjoying it immediately!!! I also love that each until was clearly labeled with the names I gave it so I knew which one went to which window. I already showed it to a couple of friends and they will both be ordering. I ordered an Amazon Echo last night as my echo pucks are suppose to not be compatible. I'm very excited to Alexa enable these tonight! Thank you so much Yoolax for amazing products, great customer service and communication. You guys rock! Update: Got my echo 4th gen tonight. Pairing was easy. Just follow instructions - 2 different methods and both works just as good to pair and get discovered by Alexa. Then, you really have to create routines! It's the best way to say friendly commands that do everything you want it to do and on multiple blinds all at once. Loving it!!! I now have 3 freinds who wants to order it after seeing mine at work!!!

I went to my local store to look at blinds and I was scared that these would not be good quality but once I received them, u was supper impressed on how the quality is very superior and easy to install. I wish there were a video on how to install but once I figured it out it was so easy. The measurements were made to the exact measurement so make sure to measure the exact measure. Don't add or subtract any inches because they do move down to that exact measurement and block out sunlight.

Absolutely love these blinds! I was hesitant at first with purchasing these blinds because I had seen cheaper blinds on amazon but the cheaper ones werent battery/motor operated and just standard. Im so glad I listened to my gut and got these blinds! Every day when I go into my living room, I look forward to watching my blinds go up. They are quiet and absolutely beautiful. Definitely worth the price and easy to install! They fit perfectly. 1000% recommend these blinds to anyone who is looking for some.

I got quotes from various vendors. These blinds are 50% cheaper than those quote (including installation charges by professional handyman). Of course you need to measure ,order and get it installed. Their customer service is also really amazing. Will definitely recommend. I wish I have seen this earlier.
