We had purchased several similar blinds for our condo in Mexico. We were a little skeptical going with these versus the verticals there but went ahead with them. The business we purchased them from also installed them and we instantly fell in love. So we purchased one white motorized Black-out blind and one remote from this Seller which can be open or closed all the way, partially open or also with the slats lined up together to let some light in to see how we liked it as we start updating our home which had dark curtains. We absolutely loved it so we just placed an order for two more of the same with an additional remote for another room. The remote has 16 channels and can be programed to operate each individually. We requested the Seller to program each of the two additional blinds on separate channels so they were ready to go when we receive them. The first blind was easy to install and came with the battery charged to work right way. We couldn't be happier and can't wait to receive the other two and install them. The Seller contacted via message through Amazon after each order to confirm the dimensions and to make any changes if needed. We did have a few questions prior to our first order and made one change prior to our second order. They responded within 24 hours with each question and order. We also had a trip planned so they held the order up at our request and shipped it on the day I requested. Absolutely wonderful people to work with and the blinds are exceptional. ... show more

The blinds are nice, albeit very expensive. The worst part to me is that the estimated black out is erroneous. For instance, the grayish white ones should be 90 percent; however, it is more like 60-70 percent with full light…these were installed in the bedroom and the light wakes me up, nearly as it would with just regular blinds. Frustrating since there is really no where else to install them but where they are. Installation, while not hard, is time consuming. Installation could be made easier and instructions are just pictures that are not altogether clear as to what the steps are, though it can be surmised. I would think to go with a different type of blind for the bedroom at least. These are fine where the amount of light filtering is not a concern. UPDATE: Credit Yoolax for following up on my review and attempting to assist. They were responsive and attentive, even shipping two new blinds. Interestingly enough, I was expecting just the fabric rolls, as they were deemed faulty from a light filtering standpoint, but received one with a motor and one that was manually operated. A little strange and a bit of a surprise but actually somewhat pleasantly surprised on the off. Interestingly enough once again, the brackets they shipped, which were not needed, have changed as well as the remote. It took me awhile to figure out the remote, since there were no instructions and I had to discover a YouTube video on how to add a blind to a channel on the remote. But I just simply installed it using the brackets that were already in place. After figuring out the tricky remote issues — the old remote could not connect and so I had to use a remote from a newer blind that I recently received — the blind still let in about as much light as before. The only practical solution I could think of is to wedge something against the fabric, so that there is a very little gap between the overlapping fabric layers. Still, this is not really a good solution, as it creates for more manual work than just manual blinds, which I was trying to avoid, and only mitigates the lighting issue. There is too much of a gap as it is and this problem will never be solved with the gap that exists on both sets. You would think that a company that specializes in blinds and has fielded customer complaints on this issue — as I read a couple other reviews citing similar issues — would either figure out how to make this work or quite simply adjust their advertising. While I am thankful for the extra blinds, albeit that I can’t really use elsewhere without it being a little clunky in that they were specific to custom windows — I would have rather just known upfront that this wasn’t what I needed to achieve what I was looking to achieve — which is stylish, motorized, blackout blinds with light filtering. I have wasted a lot of time and invested a great deal into blinds that do not work like I was hoping. I wish I had gone with the roller blinds and not these for the bedroom. I cannot give more stars to my initial review with this unresolved. Like I mentioned, good customer service for the attempt at least to make things right, bad engineering, QC/QA and advertising that should really be reconsidered. And beyond the light filtering issue, the remote they send is not user friendly and there are no instructions unless you find a particular YouTube video and forward all the way to the end of the video. Get it right the first time and make everyone’s lives a little easier, or continue to try to save the day when things do not go as they should. ... show more

I initially had issues with one of the blinds and it took 2 months to get it resolved. However, the supplier was very helpful at the end of the day and assisted with getting the fit/performance of the blind corrected. I love the looks and functionality of the blinds. They are fairly easy to I install. They do come preprogrammed with a remote. They also work with voice command with Alexa which is a nice feature. I would suggest following the measurement instructions to a tee. It would be nice if they offered a measurement template like other suppliers where you could take a picture if the window. I only ordered them for one room so I could see how they looked and performed before outfitting the whole house. There are lots of color options and blind options as well if you do not want to go the motorized route. Biggest complaint here is on Amazons end not the supplier. They were very little help in getting this issue resolved and the supplier actually jumped back in to get this resolved. Nice quality motorized shades. ... show more

I ordered the zebra blinds. They shipped quickly, packaged very well. Easy to install. They look great. Operate with the remote and via Alexa. I have ordered 6 blinds and going to look into purchasing the curtains next. For two windows in a different room, I accidentally ordered the wrong color. I contacted the company and explained what happened, they provided an excellent solution to get me the right color blinds. I am so happy with the product and the outstanding customer service. These look great and perform just as well! You can get partial privacy or total privacy very easy. I really like that you don’t need to have a cord to these to work, only to charge and that is not often. Have had an issue with connecting to Alexa, but that may be my Wi-Fi. The light whirl remote which i already paid extra is not very functional and useful to use. Customer service team was able to help me get a new simple remote. Overall happy with the blinds and outcome my windows. Ty for finding a solution
