I bought these awhile ago for my streaming setup at my desktop, I wanted to mount lights to my desk. Not only do these look incredibly professional, in my opinion they are incredibly sturdy. I was educated in the film industry and have my BFA / have been on many industry-standard sets and something like this would certainly work well for practical light and technology setups. Adjusts really easily, the dial that tightens/loosens to extend the stand is a really nicely manufactured bolt. The mount has several options and is adaptable to most common stand mount types. Genuinely professional-looking and I would ++ recommend this product.

These stands worked great and were exactly what I needed. They aren’t built very sturdy, but they do support a full size light with light box. The only complaint I have is that i wish they extended a bit higher. Still, I’m glad there was a solution for my problem.

I ordered this desk mount to use for my Xbox Kinect, which I am using as a webcam. I was shocked by how heavy it was constructed. Everything is solid and stays tight where I have set it. I love how it clamps to my desk, staying tight without marring the surface. It has so many adjustments; there are all kinds of possibilities you can do with this setup. I plan to use the second one for some type of ring light once I decide which one I want to use. I highly recommend! Try it out.
