At first, I was frustrated because the delivery went wrong—the package was mistakenly dropped at a different house. I had to contact customer support to figure out where it was, but eventually, I tracked it down and retrieved it myself. Once I set it up, this bed frame turned out to be fantastic! The storage headboard is very convenient, especially with the built-in charging station for phones and gadgets. The LED lighting is a great touch, creating a cozy and modern vibe in the room. The frame is sturdy, noise-free, and does not require a box spring, which is a huge plus. Despite the delivery issue, the bed frame itself is high quality and well-designed.
