Assembly was quick and easy to follow, and seems sturdy enough though a little wobbly (that could be user error) I waited until it was on sale so I'm happy with the value, and it wasn't too heavy, i carried the box inside and up my stairs no problem. The media could not be loaded. So glad I purchased this chair for my bedroom. I got the gray, perfect consistent color. The chair is comfortable to sit in and sturdy. I read some of the reviews that said the legs were wobbly. Not my experience at all. The screws lined up perfectly. The trick is that you have to put them in there straight and you have to keep turning the allen wrench until the screw is flush with the wood. Yes, it will feel like you are done turning because it gets tight. If it isn't flush, take the screw out and try it again. I used my own short allen wrench for most of the assembly, the one that comes with it is long and better to use when attaching the seat and back. I also used a neck light to help me see as I was inserting the screws. A one woman job, probably can get it done in 30 mins if you line the screws up correctly. This looks nice, but it isn’t as comfortable as I would have liked. Assembly looks easy until you find you cannot access the bolt s to attach the legs. Wouldn’t it be nice if the instructions and videos showed that the bottom lining is Velcro, and you can pull it back to gain access to the bolt holes? I had cut part of the lining because I could see no way to insert the bolts. Even after I discovered the secret to folding back the lining, you are working in the blind and in restricted space to attach the legs. I don’t know how sturdy this will be, but I’m happy with the way it looks. ... show more

I have never purchased any piece of accent furniture for more than 150... but when my Husband and I saw these, we knew it would perfect for our new home. QUALITY- Very strong and thick fabric... quality Is certainly shown in appearance and feel. One of the legs did have a small piece broken off at the for the floor protection but other than that- the Chairs are perfect. DELIVERY- VERY fast. Faster than expected Delivery date and well packaged. ASSEMBLY- OK, I will admit, my husband and I did Struggle to figure out the best approach to put the First chair together... it took about 30min... the Second one was a breeze and only took about 10-15min tops. 2 people should put this together. Note- one set of legs has an outwards groove... just Be sure to line it up with the bottom of the chair on each side and it should be fine... and be sure to Have the top of the chair face down during assembly (using a side view when trying to connect the bolts). OVERALL- 10/10. WE LOVE THEM! ... show more

Beautiful chair as an accent piece however not comfy enough to lounge in. Pieces went together fairly well and it was an easy piece to put together. Gorgeous color of an off white. Just wished the back part of the chair would have been more comfortable to sit in.

I LOVE this chair!! I’m even happier with the customer service! I ordered this, but it wasn’t expected to be delivered for a pretty long time and I was worried that I would already be out of town by the time it was delivered. I reached out to the company and they basically sent it to me within the same day... I was blown away. They followed up and even provided a tracking number. I was super happy with their service. As far as the chair goes, it’s a little bigger than I was expecting-which made me love it even more! It took me a moment to put it together, but overall the installation was very simple.
