Doesn't Hurt My Back and Shoulders Like Most Ab Equipment

I really like this ab machine. It's my 2nd ab machine I have in my home workout room. My other one is the kind were you grab both The handles that are up around head-level and crunch downward. I used to love it, but now that I'm older it hurts my back and my rotator cuffs. Crucially, this one does not. You know the gym equipment where you're completely upright and you hold on to the handles and place your elbows on the pads and then either crunch upward or leg left upward? It's called a captains chair. This is essentially the same idea, but since I'm facing down and I'm supported, it is much easier to focus on my abs. Vs "Ow my shoulders are burning from holding weight up the whole time while trying to do these." It's also good that I can adjust the angle of it to make it a little easier or more difficult. It makes it easy to get a good burn without killing my back and shoulders. I really like that it's versatile and comes with resistance bands and converts into a rowing machine. I do as much back PT as I have time for, so to be able to get that back and rear shoulder squeeze in is nice. Other stuff: The quality seems very good; it feels sturdy and stable on my exercise puzzle mats. The pads are not the thickest I've ever encountered, but they are plenty thick enough. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. It took me about 15 minutes to put together. Lastly, its a pretty good value for what you're getting. Very pleased with this so far.

Great workout machine!

I have been wanting to workout from home so it was helpful to come across this machine. The amazing thing is that this machine is adjustable and you can do so many different workouts on one machine. The assembly of it was really easy, it took me less than 30 minutes to put it all together. This definitely saves you a lot of money as you don’t need to go to the gym to do all your workouts. The machine stays in place while you do your exercises so it’s pretty sturdy as well.

Good exercise tool

I’m really happy with this ab machine! It was very easy to assemble, and I was able to start using it right away. It’s also lightweight and doesn’t take up much space, which makes it super easy to store when I’m not using it. What I like most is that it offers multiple ways to exercise. I can use it for ab and core workouts, and it also comes with resistance bands/ropes that allow me to work my arms and upper body. It’s nice to have several different exercises in one compact machine. The gym I normally go to doesn’t have this type of ab machine, which is actually why I decided to buy one for home. I wasn’t expecting it to be this compact and convenient, but it has turned out to be a great addition to my home workouts. Now I can work on my abs and core whenever I want without having to rely on gym equipment. Overall, it’s easy to use, easy to store, and very practical for working out at home. Definitely happy with my purchase!

The foam for the seat/knee portion came damaged. Additionally the pins didn't fit the holes they were supposed to be for. It is lightweight and gives a good workout. However it doesn't seem to be of super high quality. Would have been one star but it works enough for what I wanted it for so I guess it wasn't a total loss. Quick to assemble. Minus the pins that didn't fit.

Great Buy!

I assembled this excercise machine recently. It took less than an hour. The instructions are clear and correct, no instruction gaps or missing parts everything well packaged. The instructions had letter designations for the parts, most of the parts did not have a letter sticker but this didn’t cause any mixup as their instruction were very clear as were the illustrations. I am short, 5’, and was concerned that the machine might be too long but it has a big range of length adjustments and it fit perfectly on one of the lower settings. The machine runs perfectly! I’ve only practiced the rowing and ab variations, they are comfortable and I am feeling the effect in the targeted areas. The machine folds easily and is very compact, which was one of the selling points. My house is not large and everything has its perfect spot, I hate things out of place, so it was important to me that this piece of equipment has its “niche”. I am able to easily slide it into its designated storage spot without fuss. It’s compact and not heavy, yet it is also very stable. So it gets 5 ***** s from me on assembly, ease of use, size, adjustability and portability. I have only had it for a short while, so I can not judge durability yet but I assume, from its quality and structure that it will be able to handle as much use as a daily workout can give it. It also is visually nice.

I’m really happy with this ab workout equipment. Assembly was much easier than I expected — I did it by myself in about 20 minutes. All the accessories were included, and the tools and screws were all in the box, so I didn’t need any extra tools. The quality and workmanship are excellent, and it feels very sturdy and well made. It also comes with plenty of fitness cushioning pads, which I personally really like because they make the workout much more comfortable. It’s very simple and easy to use. I also love the phone holder/stand — it’s super convenient for following workout videos or listening to music. Best of all, it has a 2-in-1 function: I can use it not only for ab training but also for rowing. Great value

Set up was easy, it didn't take long to put together. Track is smooth and effortless. It comes with 2 knee pads. My only complaint is it advertised 100+ workouts and does not come with a sheet or a web address to see the exercises you can do with the machine. It just shows a few on the pics of the product. Only reason I gave it 4 stars af of rn.

Great for working out at home!

I'm happy with this ab machine. I wanted something simple for working out at home, and this is a nice addition to my setup. I like being able to fit in a short workout whenever I have some free time. One thing I really like is that you can adjust the height and angle. You can start with an easier setting and change it when you want a harder workout. It’s nice to have those options instead of doing everything at the same level. The padding is another good feature. With this kind of machine, having padded supports makes a difference. I also like the handles and the simple display. Being able to check my workout on the screen is helpful, and I don’t have to keep counting in my head. It’s also nice that this machine offers more than one type of exercise. I like having some variety, especially when I’m working out at home. It gives me a few options without needing several different machines. The folding design is a big plus for me. I don’t have a whole room just for exercise equipment, so being able to fold it up and put it away is useful. Overall, I really like the adjustable settings, padded supports, and easy storage. It’s a good option if you want a simple way to add some exercise to your day at home.
