Love the product. Installed fairly easily. The electronic controls are a little confusing. One of my controllers feels less and less reliable. The other controller only ever opens or closes everything (louvers, all shades) at once. This same controller closes on the open command and opens on the close command. I'd like to hear back from someone in support about these issues but not successful so far.

The pergola looks great on our patio. I like how the louvers adjust to allow as much or as little sun as we want. We had a hiccup with a damaged part. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent a replacement. They communicated with me several times during the process to ensure we received everything needed. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Quality product and looks beautiful in my new outdoor space. The instructions could be more clear from the manufacturer because it took me and one other person a total of 10-12 hours to put it together (split up over three days). The main reason for the extended installation time was due to not only the interpretation of instructions but also because the wires on one of the main components (E beam) was installed backwards at the manufacturer level. It took over a month to work it out through the seller after drawing up a diagram to prove that the wiring was installed incorrectly. After providing evidence, the designer and manufacturer confirmed the wiring was in-fact installed backwards. I had completed the installation and the only option that would resolve my issue was to have the manufacturer send me external connectors. Fortunately, they were able to send me the various connectors and that did the trick. Now, I have a partially functioning motorized pergola. I am still experiencing frustration with the screens not closing all the way and only half of the louvers will open with the remote. I have to manually open the other half. I’ll keep working with it and may provide an updated review after.

This is a great product, well worth the price. The only thing I would change is that when installing the screens, you have to use self-impact screws rather than pre-machined holes and bolts like the rest of the build. Otherwise dead simple construction and it looks so nice. I was very pleasantly surprised with the lighting.
