Plan 2-3 days of work to complete this. The installation of the roof panels was difficult with the way it was designed. The clips installed at the roof line to help prevent water from getting blown in from the top are a pain to install. Once installed though the gazebo is sturdy and has to far withstood high winds. Gazebo looks great when fully assembled. Better instructions would have been great, but studying the pictures all the way through before beginning assembly is helpful. Make sure you have at least four people for assembly. Two of the knock-out screw receptors were missing which caused a bit of an issue, but just bought a couple of longer screws and nuts and made it work! First off I want to this gazebo is great. Wemt with double composite aluminum roof version in a 12x14. I will update if it has any leaks or other issues down the road but as of now its awesome. For those curious about assembly, I did this by myself in roughly 12-14 hours split up over a couple of days. (Tip) use tape when sliding in roof panels to hold in place until you install the hardware. Everything went together as it should with no issues. Not sure why people complain about instructions but the instructions were simple and pretty self explanitory. Included hardware had everything plus a few extra pcs for accidentals. The hardest thing about installation was removing the plastic protective coating on the roof panels. So many panels to do, so it caused a little pain in my fingers after awhile. As far as damages or missing items, there were no missing items everything stated was included. A few of the roof panels had the corners broke but they still function 100% amd are not visible aftee installation. Item came on freight truck (fedex) in 4 boxes. Each box was labeled 1/4 2/4 3/4 4/4.. the instruction sheet tells you what is in each box so you can do an inventory check before installation. I only rated 4 stars bevause if your like me indont trust 5 star as they could be paid. Totally a 5 star rating though. ... show more

The only complaint that I have is the instructions are difficult to orient the pieces from the images in the instructions. Also there are no written instructions only pictures. I was able to construct the entire gazebo in about 7 hours with one helper. Having the correct tools was a huge time saver. We liked the finished product but we doggone sure toughed it out putting it together in a total of 16 hours over a 2-day span. Two of us with a 6ft & 3ft ladder, a decent screw gun and patience got the job done BUT we had serious problems with the roof sections because the clips we had to insert on the edges of the roof sections KEPT POPPING OUT OF PLACE!!! We checked the Amazon video of the 4 men putting the roof in place and noticed at one point they had clips in place and then, after a sudden edit, the clips weren't visible!!! We decided to DITCH THEM FREAKING CLIPS!!! 2 days after we had it assembled a SERIOUS wind and rainstorm came through. The bolted down gazebo stood sturdily, the roof had no leaks and successfully shed the deluge of rain. ... show more

It took about 5 days to arrive. $200 in shipping. Wasn't happy about that. So about $600 + $200 shipping. $800 or so total. Came in two boxes. Both were decently heavy. I feel sorry for the fed ex guys. Recommend two people lifting the boxes. Some pieces needed bendinding from shipping. But overall showed up in great condition. I mostly did all steps by myself except when standing up all the legs. Spent 4 hours the first night and about 5 the next night. Left the curtains up to my wife. Just wish they sent cement anchor bolts/screws so u could get it anchored. But not a big deal, just need to make a trip to hardware store. Overall awesome for the price. ... show more

We love the gazebo so far and wasn't too terrible to put together. Not the best picture, but it does look like the picture they showed. The instructions are not written, it's just pictures. You will really have to pay attention to how items are oriented before you put them together. It says you need 6 people, my husband and I did it ourselves, so don't be put off by that. You WILL need at least an 8ft ladder. ... show more
