Our son used to work for a large Home Improvement store. He put the Gazebos they got in together. He told us to just buy one on Amazon and save $$$. I was nervous about such a large purchase without seeing the product so I did a lot of research. This Gazebo seemed to be the best so we ordered it. It it didn’t disappoint. You need two people to put it together, three would be better for the roof. It seems sturdy and a good quality. I’d buy again. Their customer service sent me an email thanking me for our purchase and to let them know it would come in two boxes and to let them know if we had any issues.

We really enjoy this gazebo! The price was pretty fair as we did a lot of comparing before our purchase. It fits our deck perfectly. It does come with directions that must be followed closely. It took 4 adults over 8 hours to assemble. The most difficult part was the roof. We did screw it to our deck and it seems very stable and sturdy. No leaks with rain, waiting to see how it holds up with snowfall. We were glad for the center hook as we have hung a fan in the summer and now a heater. The curtains zip up easily and help with wind and bugs. We are definitely happy with our gazebo so far.

This is not worth the money at all. Very cheaply made and instructions suck!!! It’s been a week and still cannot connect roof. Horrible to buy this item. Awful item.

This is a great gazebo, well worth the money. The issues I had were with the instructions!!! They were very decent up until putting on the roof. That part was absolutely terrible! 😵💫 If anyone is having issues with the roof this is what to do----> you need to put the first upper panel in part way then place the other panel underneath where it's overlapping- I think maybe 3 sections. After you do that, then push it all into place as if it were one piece. It's very important that the upper piece overlapping ontop of the lower piece otherwise it'll leak. One final issue I have is that there's no gutter system so when it rains the rain drips off in every which direction. But thankfully there's curtains! So I close it up when I know it's going to storm Besides that I absolutely love it. The curtains and bug net are the best.

It’s really great once it’s up, but there will be some struggles along the way. The triangular roof pieces are particularly difficult to get in place, it will take some patience and 2 people is kind of a must to hold everything together, because it can be quite floppy until it’s completely in the track. We had one or two holes that were missing but it wasn’t a big deal if you have the right tools. That could have been a real bummer if not. We wound up using the holes that are meant for a U bolt to instead hold an electric box which we mounted a ceiling fan to. Now that the shelter is up it transformed our deck from a blazing inferno to a comfortable place to have meals and hang out. My biggest complaint is that the tie backs for the curtains make no sense, it’s hard to even explain but they’re pretty annoying to use and they’re sewn into the fabric so they’re not easy to just replace. All that being said I would buy again, although I would suggest they break the shipment up to maybe 3 boxes because the boxes are all quite heavy and that weight makes them likely to get damaged due to rough handling, despite a pretty good packaging job.

Great looking gazebo. Was delivered in three big boxes totaling 265 pounds. You’ll definitely need an extra set of hands for assembly. Instructions were good, but several steps could use some additional photos to show how the parts are installed. You’ll need average to above average mechanical skills to assemble this gazebo on your own.

There's so many positive things about this gazebo. It's large, sturdy, and relatively easy to assemble. It's got both a screen and a solid curtain. They really flop in the wind, though. I added additional loops on the bottom of the solid curtain to keep it down. I only had 1 hole that didn't line up, so I had to drill my own. The worst thing about this is assembling the roof panels. The straight pieces in the middle was easy, but the angled ones on the corners were terrible. I built all of it by myself except those corner panels. Even with 2 people doing that it wasn't easy. We still managed. This is still a good buy and I recommend it!
