You may get one good year of this product. The panels will sag… all of them!! They will come out of the tracks and then water comes in. I’ve called the manufacturer and they said “this is the proper design” I asked for replacements and I can buy new ones!! I also asked if I could purchase the steel panels and the answer was no. Poor construction, poor service, and will have to take down and trash it.UPDATE…. The roof continues to sag to the point that water flows right in!!! Anything under the sagging roof will be soaking wet. Horrible product!!!! DO NOT BUY SHOULD BE ZERO STARS

It looks nice and is a challenge to assemble. The "Aluminum " panels are plastic panels with the equivalent of Hvac aluminum tape on the outside of it. The curtain loops become brital and break. A good purchase for up to a year, after that expect the curtains to break and panels to warp.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER , FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, it says heavy duty and can hold heavy snow do not believe it , i bought my gazebo back in june of 2025 everything was great , and we had our first snow it wasent even crazy heavy snow the gazebo COLLAPSED, i messeged the seller asking if we can get replacement parts for it he said unfortunately no because we dont have that product in stock anymore ( i checked it was still available to buy for like 2 months after he said it ) but then i went thru amazon and back to the seller again and second time the seller tells me its been more then 8months i cant help you with anything , we payed $2,800 for the gazebo trusted his advertisement about the snow and rain but it didnt even last us 1 winter , the seller is not helpful at all please dont buy from them and dont trust their advertisement ,

Very bad product we pay a lot plus the installation fee after couple months of heat the panels bent from heat not recommend it at all and the seller is not even solving the problem!!
