absolutely love the unit. Looks great. Not to difficult to put together - it took two of us about 15 hours total. Hardest part was installing the roof slats. After numerous tries we ended getting aluminum squares and inserting them into the slot before putting the slat in. This helped to guide them in place. Everything else went pretty smooth. Negatives to be aware of: We checked the boxes for to make sure all parts were shipped and received as mentioned by other reviewers. So glad we did. We were missing one roof support beam and had to ask the seller for it. Asking the seller was a trip…. We provided pictures the number of the item and several messages went back and forth because they had no idea what it was. Couldn’t understand why they would not grab the manual to see the exact piece. Once that was figured out they kept claiming it would ship but never did. I finally had to request a return for missing parts - while refusing to pay shipping back due to the defect. Only then did I get a tracking number - a fake tracking number. I had to inquire again about a shipping label before they gave me a real tracking number that actually showed the part shipped. It was definitely harder than it should have been to get the part but glad they finally followed through.

I was very impressed with this shade structure. I bought the 12 x 24’ version and was able to do most of the work alone. You need at least 2 people when setting up the cross beams, putting the roof on and putting some of the hard to reach roof bolts in. Took me 2 weekends chipping away at it with limited help but I could see how 2 people could knock it out in one weekend if they were focused. Make sure you have a lot of space to work because there are a lot of large pieces you’ll need to layout, manage and keep track of. The wood painted metal beams look fantastic in person. I have now seen the structure hold up to rain or snow yet but it seems very sturdy. I did end up missing one small piece and the support team was very helpful and responsive and shipped me out the missing part. Would buy again!

if you want your blood pressure to rise to heart attack level or you're just someone who likes to get aggravated then I recommend this piece of garbage. first they don't give you enough long bolts (which you kind of need) then you have to follow pictures for directions which are very vague , then your dealing with bent and cracked roof panels, holes that don't line up, more missing brackets and screws, screens and shade panel that don't line up and catch(get stuck in the corner brackets. I'd like to meet the person of this poorly layed out design and smack him/her upside the head. I should have went with the other company I was looking at. I will never buy from this company again

I can thoroughly impressed by the quality of this gazebo! The structure is incredibly sturdy and the craftsmanship is superb. Everything went together perfectly and there were no missing parts. The quality of this gazebo fat exceeds what you can find in any brick and mortar store and certainly much more affordable. Everything, right down to the fabric of the curtains and screen material are top notch. I’m incredibly please with this purchase and highly recommend this gazebo. It’s beautiful! Will try to add better pictures after our deck extension is finished and things are cleared out of the way so I can get the whole gazebo in the shot.

First of all the gazebo came undamaged and no missing parts. 6 boxes were delivered with some of them being well over 50lbs. Takes three people to get this thing up on its legs but once you do everything else falls into place. Roof panels weren't to bad to put on took a little bit of time to get it all together 2 days in total. Had a memorial day party and everyone loved it. It was the talk of the party and it kept everyone dry with the rain storm we got. Love the screen and canvas that can easily be deployed on any of the sides. I anchored it to my concrete using 5/16x2 1/4 screws. You will have to slightly drill the hole on the plates out a little bit as they are just slightly to small and catch the threads of the tapcon.

My family loves this gazebo. Now that it is up it is a pleasant place to relax in the yard. I'll make this review more of a "things to look for" to make it easy for you to assemble It took me a day and a half to build it, with help from two neighbors when I was erecting the basic frame and legs. Most of the time was dealing with the "z" clips for the roofing panels. Those z clips killed me. They kept falling off as I was sliding the panels into place. Once you got the rhythm though, it moved quicker. The roof is 70% of the work in my opinion. Use a folding table to keep your screws where you can grab them. That and any small pieces, like z clips 🫤 Also remove the stickers from the pieces as you go. That way you are not sitting under your beautiful gazebo that you worked hard on, looking up at little white stickers her and there. Pay attention to your screen and curtain alignment. Curtain Velcro faces in. Screen Velcro faces out. Also if your unit is a rectangle like mine, watch your hook counts with what your screen/curtain has. If you start to hook it wrong you will have to undo all the hooks and move it to the next post, and it is harder to take them off than to put them on. The gutter system is not as nice as it may seem. It clogs right away and if it is a decent amount of rain it just pours over the edge anyway. That said it is a very nice unit. And we are happy with it!

Putting it up with pictures only. Not easy. Also, must align roof panels perfectly, or screws will not align. There is zero tolerance for error, one way or another Also, make sure to align center joints tightly, or it will leak. Mine were a little off, and I had to use gutter seal to stop the leak. UPDATE; The leaks described above were mostly caused by the gutters being almost level; the water wasn’t draining. I had to put shims under one leg to give it the slant needed to drain. DESIGN CONSIDERATION: ‘make sure the gutter has the proper slope so it will drain to the corners
