We’ve had it about 5 months now and really love it. It wasn’t hard to put together and came with instructions. everyone thinks it’s real wood and I love that it isn’t. Love the extra thick posts. We get lots of compliments on it. Hoping it last through the winters as we do get snow. We really love it and wished we would have gotten one years ago. We used 2 foot Augers to hold it down by attaching the columns to the auger plate. It hasn’t moved at all. Super happy with this purchase.

I can only recommend this Gazebo. Yoleny‘s Customer service is excellent, easy to assemble I couldn’t rate because I hired a professional to do it. It took them 1.5 days. Water resistant I couldn’t rate either because we had no rain or snow yet. I just love the way it looks with the ultra thick posts

First off, this gazebo is meant when said some assemble required. It is going to take at least 6 hours to assemble with 1-2 people. It come with over 20 pages of instructions and very tedious. I have a background in the assembly industry and this project did take quite a bit of time to put together. That being said, I still love the product. It is very well constructed and nothing was missing in the box. Everything is self-explanatory in the instructions and fit like a glove when placed together but I did not give this product 5 stars mostly because there was no words in the instructions and if you don't understand the illustrations correctly, you will put some of the items backwards by accident "I did, a few times-lol." Other than that, I still love the product and am very pleased with the final result of the completed work. The aluminum beams look very similar to wood and and the roof is very well constructed. I haven't put it to the test with rain or wind due to the calm outdoor temperatures but I am sure it can sustain the environmental elements. The arrival time was a few days and came a day earlier than anticipated "very happy for that". I haven't put the mosquito and curtains up yet but secured the beams already. Again, great item and definitely well worth the $$$, I was going to make a gazebo myself but so glad I went this route instead. So happy with the result.

The gazebo is pretty good looking. But some pieces are flimsy. So I am not sure about the test of time. There are no written instructions for assembly,however it is pretty straightforward. It took me and my brother about 2.5 hours unpacking and checking in all the pieces. (DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!) Here is where I highly recommend you take your time. This is my 2nd Gazebo and I was missing pieces on both of them. And 1 piece was damaged. Now this will stop the whole project. There is absolutely no one to talk to. There is email only. It took a solid 5 weeks for the parts to arrive. Who wants to wait that long to put your item together and begin enjoying it? It took 3 people 8 hrs to put it together. Mind you we are savy mechanically inclined individuals, with power tools. If you dont have them the time will increase greatly. The instructions does have you assemble the whole house before the last steps. In which they will have you remove all the screws from the perimeter of the house to add the metal brackets. Not sure why? This was the only troublesome issue we had with the assembly. I will in the future be sure to buy only from companies that have a customer service phone numbers. Rookie mistake.

I like the overall product. However a piece of the roof broke after almost a year. I live in GA and the wind should not have caused this to happen They wanted to charge me over $100 for the piece and it wouldn’t get here for a month! Ridiculous

The product came in missing parts! The seller or Amazon has done nothing to resolve this issue! I am very disappointed in the product and Amazon as well as the seller Yoleny! The roof is basically made like water resistant cardboard! But it is suppose to be sturdy! I have asked for the missing parts to be shipped to me or a refund! But still my issue has not been resolved!
