We purchased the 10x12 with the vented double roof. It calls for 5 people at one point in the steps to assemble but I did it by my self. It is possible. The instructions are all picture oriented and the steps are extremely easy to follow. I assembled it in about 4 hours alone. Yes there is a few extra steps I had to do since I was alone but all in all it’s very simple. I was a heavy machinery mechanic back in my day so building things is in my nature. All the parts are labeled well. Some of the reviews that we read made us worried about buying this but we are very happy with it. I did receive some minor damage to the roof pieces due to shipping but that’s not the companies fault.Simple bending back fixed the issues. They do send a few spare bolts as well which is nice in case you loose one or two. Not a bad product in my wife and l’s opinion.

The gazebo itself is gorgeous, but you’ll have to suffer till the very end! Screws don’t line up, the hardware strips easily, and the instructions are very hard to follow. Get past all that and take your time and you’ll have one great looking pergola that seems solid. Is it worth the blood and sweat? Time will tell…I sure hope so!

This gazebo is fantastic. Even more beautiful in person! Although I'm very handy, I had some difficulty installing the roof panels. That is my only complaint. It's really transformed my patio! When I went to hang the screen panels, I noticed there was a same size/shape hole in a couple of them. Perhaps happened during shipping. I was upset bc this is not a small purchase. I reached out to Amazon and immediately was contacted by the seller. They resolved my issue right away. I was shocked when I received replacements from China in a matter of a few, short days. Bottom line- this product AND customer service are wonderful!

Hard to buy a pricey product via the internet, but this one is great. Sturdy, good looking, well engineered. Everything fit together well. Don’t underestimate the amount of work and skill needed to put this together. Instructions are good. Organize everything up front, lots of nuts and bolts, separate and label before starting. Took two of us two full days. Getting the roof panels in place was pretty challenging, took almost a whole day just for the panels. Need two ladders. Overall, worth the effort and cost. Am a little worried about the heat that it may generate from a black metal roof this coming summer.

I love the gazebo but they sent me curtains that were way to small like 2 feet to short. I contacted them sent them many pictures. They said i hung them wrong. Not so i moved them around several times. No matter which side i hung them they were still 2 feet to short. Poor quality curtains even worse customer service. DO NOT BUY.

The only complaint that I have is the instructions are difficult to orient the pieces from the images in the instructions. Also there are no written instructions only pictures. I was able to construct the entire gazebo in about 7 hours with one helper. Having the correct tools was a huge time saver. Now that it is up we are enjoying the shade and privacy very much.
