Awesome gazebo for the money! No leaks, looks better in person than in pictures. It’s sturdy snd hopefully permanent. Expect light shipping damage. Still worth 5 stars though bc the seller can’t control that. Set up: You can expect set up to take a full day with some help. If you’re handy you can manage set up by yourself with the aid of a couple 2x4s and ladders. i read that others have used wood in the posts to add rigidity to the structure, but I don’t see the need. I did drill through and run conduit through one of the center posts and installed an electrical box for power to the gazebo.I set this up in about 4-5 days by myself spending an hour or two on it each evening after work. Pros: quality and design is great especially for the cost! It’s sturdy, relatively easy to assemble. The directions were pretty good especially if you’re used to assembling furniture. Cons: shipping. It’s going to come in 2-3 deliveries over the course of a week. The Boxes are labeled 1 of 6, 2 of 6 etc so it’s easy to track. They’re super heavy to move and the roof panels tend to get some damage pretty easily in the shipping process. I’d say about half the roof panels required me to re-bend the corners flat with some toothless duckbill pliers. The directions have no words just pictures so pay close attention. The fabric restraint that holds back the mosquito netting and privacy screen is just weird/bad design but not really important in the long run. they work I guess. Tips for assembly: TAKE THE STICKERS OFF BEFORE ASSEMBLING!!! Excitement got the best of me and now I have to look at the few labels I missed every time I look at the gazebo lol. You can use an impact driver with the appropriate size Allen head bit if you know how to use it without letting things over torque or strip. It’s 4mm if I remember correctly. There’s extra fasteners of each type so if one seems to cross thread, toss it and use another. When setting up the frame I cut and used 2x4s to support the frame sections so the ends didn’t bend. It’s not rigid enough to attach one side without bending under the weight of the piece you’re attaching. Or get help for the frame. That’s probably the easier route. For each step of set up, loosely install everything then go back and tighten it with the exception of the roof panels frame. Leave this loose. You have to take apart the roof frame at the corners in order to get the roof panels to fit right so be prepared for that. Also the clips for the roof panels fall off easily when inserting those pieces so be gentle/prepared to go up and down with it a couple times. ... show more

The box was delivered without any damage. All parts an instructions there. I assembled the gazebo by myself. A second person would have sped it up. The roof sheet metal clips are a bit tricky. I think the designer could have done a better job in this area. They clips then to fall out during assembly. Once in, none have fallen out. The gutter system is a leaf trap. The overall structure is okay. A little flimsy but works. The finished gazebo looks nice. I haven’t installed the material screens or curtains. I’ll do this next spring. ... show more

Arrived earlier than expected, product easy to assemble (2 person) and another guy reading the manual and giving instructions will make the process simple and fun experience. We did not encounter any problems mentioned in some reviews. Tips : don’t tighten the bolts on the roof unless you got all panel up, also remove the triangular portion on the every end of the roof facia rails, the part code (G’s), so it will snap and seat perfectly. Make sure the post are level before tightening the beams (horizontal bars) and mark the floor so you’ll know if you’re still on point while you’re adding the roof parts, you want to keep the post plumbed/level while you’re adding the other parts. ... show more

Took 10 hours to put together. Roof panels were a pain and a few of the holes needed to be threaded with a tap and die set. Make sure you get yourself an Allen wrench bit set for an impact if you have one or a t- style Allen wrench set because almost every screw requires an Allen wrench and your hands will get torn up. Also because two pages looked alike in the directions, we missed a page with the decorative ends that go on the roof panels. They’re cosmetic so you really don’t need them… May take apart in the spring and put them on if we feel like it other wise we love it!! ... show more

This gazebo is amazing. I got the 12' X 20' for my back west facing patio and for the first time I'll be able to sit out there or have friends over and not bake in the sun. It will be so great to have some shade for a change. It is very sturdy and the 2 builders that put it up for me said the directions were very clear, all of the parts were well labeled, and the packaging was excellent. Two builders put it up in 12 hours. They did get and installed some extra strong bolts to help hold it to my wooden deck. They both wanted particulars about it and thought they might get one for themselves they liked it so well. I'm very very pleased with mine. ... show more

This will take you and a couple of buddies about 2 days to complete. Its a pain in the butt once you start putting on the roof panels. This part by far took the longest time.
