Product arrived in excellent condition minus a corner that paint were scraped up on. Some of the panels did come bent due to shipping but were easily bent back without compromising the panel. Took 3 of us to build for a total of 24 straight hours. We had a lot of tricky sections due to building this on a high platform without railing. If this was built in the ground, would have gone significantly faster. Quality of the product is great and the look is impressive. I recommend 3/8 x 2-1/4 wedge anchors to concrete. I will suggest that even with all legs anchored into concrete and cross beams in place, you can push on the legs and the gazebo still sways around, which is a bit uncomfortable to think about in a windy situation. Overall very nice looking gazebo, I will complete a 6 month followup after our summer and rainy season is complete. Steve.

Parts are not all marked. Lots of guess work involved in assembling. Packaging was horrible. The screw packaging was ripped and loose screws everywhere. The directions are strictly pictures (possibly drawn by a 5 year old). Had I not already unpacked it, it would certainly go back. Definitely not worth $3k. UPDATE: So many bent and missing parts. This one has made it to the top of my Bad Purchases List. UPDATE#2: customer service will not communicate. They asked me for pictures of the missing parts. When I explained I couldn't take a picture of parts I don't have, all communications stopped. I have an expensive piece a crap on my patio and obviously Amazon doesn't stand behind it either. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! UPDATE #3- company has yet to make right on the missing / damaged parts. They continue to send demeaning emails to me with excuse after excuse. Amazon has yet to respond to me regarding the problem.

They sell this product as new, but they sent an open unit with parts missing and many more damaged parts. They do not return your emails. It took over a month to get replacement parts that are missing. The fabrication of the structural components are elementary grade workmanship. Had to modify and fabricate extra supports and fasteners to attach the roof. The paint peels off in the first rain. The rain collects in the posts with no weep holes. Many of these screws will have to be replaced within a couple years due to the cheap zinc that bends and breaks off. Had to get a second unit just for parts, know I'm stuck paying $450 to return it. Not a professional company to work with. Nor do they accept any responsibility for there product. DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT! It sounds and looks great in the pictures, but that's as far as it goes.

This was a bear to assemble! Parts came in 6 boxes, parts are aluminum so several arrived bent or kinked. Only contact with manufacturer is via email, would replace the parts but I had to move forward with assembly since I had a team lined up. Directions are pictures only and because of the order we missed putting rubber gaskets in some keys places and now it leaks. Let the manufacturer know of my dissatisfaction to no avail.

Many pieces were bent. Many screw holes were not lined up and had to put new holes. So far 3 full grown men are on their 7th hour of assembly and still have 2/3 of roof to assemble. Looks like it will eventually be pretty but getting there is beyond miserable. It’s a full day project for 3 adults because of the necessity to drill new holes and straighten bent pieces. Next time we will spend the extra money and buy local so that these damaged parts can be quickly replaced rather than us having to fix them ourselves. Beware.. if you have more time on your hands than you know what to do with.. then this item will fit your needs perfectly

Was not hard to assemble. Could definitely use an extra set of hands for some of the steps. The directions could use some improvements. They should have some written instructions and better diagrams of the parts and install. Was also missing 3 hooks for the ceiling

Excellent addition to our yard we’ve had canvas tops for years and due to dry rot and snow damage (if we didn’t take it down and store it for the winter) we’d have to buy a new canopy every few years we plan on using half for a New Hot Tub and the other half for Patio Furniture I put 90% together by myself with a little help from my wife standing up the base it went together easily just a little hint don’t tighten anything up till you are complete everything is pre drilled and set but you might need to adjust for your area We are so Happy with the new Gazebo hopefully we get years of great memories under it Highly Recommend This

This was tedious but easy. Took 3 guys to put together in an afternoon. The only piece missing was the hooks and the company immediately sent them after notification. We have had some severe winds and the screen connection did not hold up. It was only on the west side. The family just loves it. We just need to run electricity to the gazebo. Would of been nice if the had put connections in their poles.
