We researched many units before we chose this gorgeous Yoleny 10 x 12 Pavilion. It features a bronze color wood grain metal Frame with very attractive medium bronze tone nettings and curtains... This Pavilion. arrived on time in 3 boxes. with all parts and no damage. It takes about 6 focused hours to assemble with two persons. It is stunning. sturdy and well designed. We are very pleased with our purchase & its excellent engineering and style We give it a 5star rating BC of its good value for the money with absolutely no problems whatsoever. It also features a built-in gutter drainage system to handle heavier rainfalls. The Well organized in bubble packed parts package has labeled numbered screws -with no missing parts with extras if needed... # We Highly Recommend this Yoleny Brand 10x12 Hardtop Gazebo/Pavilion. FYI it shipped as stated with very accurate tracking updates. We had it delivered to our garage and were able to the deck site using a twowheel hand cart/dolly. We enjoy it every evening too

Ok, like everyone else here I will mention how much of a PAIN the assembly is. Specifically the roof...but once it's up you'll love it. I purchased mine months in advance (June) knowing I would wait to put it together until late August. After reading reviews, I was worried something would be missing and it would be too late to ask for missing parts. Their customer service was amazing and immediately responded with "If you need anything, reach out and we will make it right." There was no need, though. We were good with the exception of a handful of the longer screws. There were spots on the roof where the panels may have been slightly bent and the screw wasn't long enough to make it through the support beam. We stole the screws needed for another location and went to our local hardware store for replacements. It wasn't a huge deal - a minor inconvenience. This took 3 days and 2 people. Occasionally we enlisted the kids, but it was more so to get them away from screens and spend time outside. There were moments where some colorful words were spoken. This roof is really something else lol but like I said, once it's up, it's great! There are pros and cons to this thing, but really I expect this to last a long time. It's definitely secure. The assembly is all intertwined, so one piece is secured my multiple others. If you get this, good luck! But also enjoy. It's going to work wonderfully for our space.

Do not buy this or at least the composite roofing option. It will sag over time and the panels fall out. I’ve contacted the seller and was told to pretty much go fly a kite as they only honor warranty for 6 months…. 6 months for a 1000 dollar product thats defective design flaw. Will upload photos soon.
