This gazebo is amazing. I got the 12' X 20' for my back west facing patio and for the first time I'll be able to sit out there or have friends over and not bake in the sun. It will be so great to have some shade for a change. It is very sturdy and the 2 builders that put it up for me said the directions were very clear, all of the parts were well labeled, and the packaging was excellent. 😊UPDATE: WE live in the NW on the Coast of Oregon in a temperate rain forest. AND, the rains have arrived, (just got an inch in under 1/2 hour. and have already experienced about 15 inches so far.) NO LEAKS and has held up well during the windy rainy storms we have had since the end of October. Holding up well and lovely to sit under when the rain is pouring down. What a great buy for the price. Was mostly easy to assemble and is very sturdy. My son, daughter in-law, hubby and I put this up in about 6 hours. The only complaint I have is the instructions could have been clearer. Missed putting the trim all around on the top piece and had to pull the slats down on the big top to put the trim on the upper piece. Other than that, the gazebo is lovely and with our high winds and tons of rain here on the coast of Oregon, I think it will hold up well. We've had our usual the sun is out so now we get tons of wind, off the ocean every afternoon, and the gazebo doesn't rattle or anything. Would definitely recommend. ... show more

The overall quality is good, as is the value if you can find it on sale. The support posts and framing are sturdy and good looking. We've had a couple of days with wind gusts of 40+ mph and it didn't budge or sway (anchored onto buried cinder blocks). Assembly was mostly straightforward, except for some tedious moments getting the panels slotted into the framework. We were able to put it together with two people, but an extra person or two would have been nice at times. WARNING: if you live in an area that gets a lot of snow, this may not be the gazebo for you. There are long, rectangular panels in the middle of each side that only have framing on three side and no other support structure. Because of this, they bow inward when snow accumulates on them, to the point that they become dislodged from the slots holding them in place. This happened with not very much snow - three snowfalls of only 7, 5, and 3 inches over the course of 10 days and it didn't last long before it melted. We ended up having to remove these particular panels and flip them 180 degress, before fastening metal strips for horizontal support underneath (using JD Kwikset epoxy). Going forward, we will remove snow as best we can to further ensure this doesn't happen again. So...overall I recommend this gazebo with the exception of the rigidity of the roof panels and the lack of sufficient support structure for them. ... show more

This was probably the worst option for a gazebo that I could’ve picked in the whole Internet. This company has not only not helped, but the product lacks quality. I received two packages that were miss placed after receiving the correct address in the second set of boxes, I was able to start putting together the gazebo which ended up and poor quality parts cut costs, bolts strip by hand. There’s absolutely no instructions in that book whatsoever. Two pieces of the roofing part broke off and is been 3 weeks for the company to replace them and still have not received a shipping number. Quite honestly I’d like a refund for this enormous piece of crap.so disappointed to spend $1600 hard earned dollars into a product that is absolute garbage. ... show more

!Great product! We bought the 12 by 14 foot one and mounted it on our deck. It was put it up in about three days of spare time and LOVE it. Should have bought one years ago. It is so peaceful sitting out in our swing without having the sun beat you down. Love the netting but we will have to find some chain to put in the netting bottom seam to help hold it down. Only hope and pray that it stands up to the occasional wind. Very well made and the corner braces seem to make it as sturdy as it can possibly be.+ * 2 year follow-up: Still doing GREAT. WE still give it a solid 5 stars. I can't see any bowing of the composition roof panels even after a very wet snow of 5 inches the first winter. It has weathered many high wind storms as well (with some of the gusts over 50 MPH). For versatility we mounted an outdoor light/fan combination on a board that mounted on the N1 piece. This allowed me to clamp my wiring conduit down without having to drill into a structural member. As you can see in the photos I just zip tied the conduit to a corner member. WE mounted the gazebo on our 12'x24' deck that was extremely sunny and without mosquito protection. We had to notch the deck railing in order to mount it. Now my wife can finally sit out without getting eaten up. We SURE wish we hadn't put this purchase off and just gone ahead and had bought ours 10 years ago! Absolutely love it! Now we are looking to replace the mosquito net as they don't last forever (especially with a scared cat blowing through it). Solid product! ... show more

    • Sun and rain blocker!
Looks amazing and fairly easy to put up by myself. Takes awhile to erect alone. I did get help when tightening up the roof screws. Only difficult part with assembling is the metal roof has edge pieces that don’t say on and when sliding them into the roof supports, these pieces keep falling out, very frustrating. I had to keep pulling out the metal roofing pieces to keep replacing the edge pieces. The screen and privacy curtain doesn’t slide very easy when closing as it gets hung up on the inside support braces. You need to be careful closing so it doesn’t tare. But it’s very sturdy and looks great! ... show more
