The day I got the tablet it was already acting up!!!! The volume doesn’t want to work and when it doesn’t work, reset it then it works but when you keep playing it the volume starts to act up again. It dies waaaay too quickly. You can a 100% battery and in like 15 minutes it’s already down to 30-40%. It shouldn’t be like that. It lags, can’t watch a video without it cutting out even with great WiFi connection. My girls can’t even use it and when they do they just give it to me because of how crappy it is…. I do not recommend this type of tablet for your children at all… I hate leaving a bad review but this tablet is disappointing…. I shouldn’t have to keep turning it on and off for it to work properly for the little time it gives you til it starts acting up again.

Im so disappointed that i wasted $$ on this particular one for my Grand daughter after spending WEEKS reading Reviews on so many Tablets. The night this Tablet just died w/ White line across was pretty bad;( yes it was Fully Charged was NOT dropped & Like that I remembered ‘others’ state it just died. 🙋🏼♀️ My Grand daughter now has my old Amazon Fire 10(?) & works GREAT. Im mad i JUST missed deadline to return as i HAD to do homework & see HOW get my Emails out of BROKEN tablet. You cant. Amazon deleted their Apps noticing THIS device had NOT used Apps in awhile. Great to see Amazon HAD my back w/ apps but now Im stuck w/ device that does NOT work & only a reminder of how stupid i was! Big Purchases ESP. Ones ‘containing your PERSONAL info.” Should be bought by Well known Co.’s.!! Right after I had my identify stolen & whereas i can NOT confirm putting info on THIS device was HOW Identity stolen?.. i can Not deny its not being looked into. Please be smarter than i was.. Sad part? Im a retired Underwriter & Risk Mgmt Investigator & knew better. I DID find where person SAT while stealing my Info.
