Did not take long to set up. We received it missing a piece for the arm cover. We contacted the company and were forward to a different contact but seemed like a big of a hassle and took our loss. Besides that, the chair is very comfortable adjustable and has been able to hold at least 300-350 lbs after a few tests with both my husband and I sitting on it together to test it out (lol) reclines Nicely , camo color is just as shown on the picture pillows are a nice touch when sitting all the way back . Arm rests are height and angle adjustable. Shipping took longer than expected (About 2 1/2 -3 weeks) but I ordered ahead of time seeing that it was not prime eligible when I ordered which was okay. We have received a lot of compliments of the camo design and would purchase again if needed! ... show more

Super hard to put together. You absolutely cannot just use what they gave you, I had to get a drill out to get the screws in and the quality is so/so. I like the chair but it seems very half-done. The metal molding seems to have been molded and then ripped off as there still is molding in some of the holes in which I had to drill through. Overall 6/10, the quality is alright and it's extremely hard to put together with very minimal instructions, only a page of pictures. The plastic guards seem very cheap and I hope the chair doesn't break soon. ... show more

IT broke after maybe 20 hours of use it is manufactured with thin metal tubing that cracks and cheap thin ply wood that snaps. This chair is terrible quality

The 2nd is a lot better but wrong color but that's understandable due to the o.g being sold out thank you for your time 1st chair I got... Don't buy from this company my chair came with only one screw after I notify them it came with 1 screw they side of sent me a package with 1 screw in it.. so had to use hardware off my old chair but this chair to gather and I found out that this year's put together but not this a solid but peace but to random pieces of wood when is treated 1 is not treated its wittily will not even $20 worth of material to make this chair and their up charging a $100 for it don't get itt!!!!!!!!!!!! The 2 random pieces of wood for butt support doesn't even support the middle ... show more

Great chair! Great price! Great delivery speed, better than projected! Really bad assembly instructions. I had to dissemble some components over again due to very inadequate assembly instruction sheet. And I still don’t know if it’s assembled exactly as designed.

    • Lopsided but not a big deal
The chair is fairly lopsided despite following all of the directions to assemble it. The arm rests are difficult to move when trying to change the positions they’re in, but if your trying to pull the chair back from a desk by the arm, the arm rest moves fairly easily into a new position instead of moving the chair like you want. I’m just glad we got rid of my fiancé squeaky desk chair because it was a PAIN and would keep me up at night. We don’t have that issue anymore.     • This being one of the cheapest gaming chairs out there, the quality is not surprising.
First off, as soon as I ordered it the company emailed me saying that color was out of stock (even though on Amazon, it showed it was not). So I picked a different one and emailed them that would do, which... guess what? It was also out of stock. Thankfully the 3rd I picked was in stock and they sent it to me... So they lose brownie points for keeping their stock updated, but earn most of them back because the customer service was good. To the chair: the quality is obviously poor. The leaning mechanism seems like it isn't nearly strong enough. It creeks every time I sit in it, and the reclining lock gives with almost no pressure on it. One of the armrests is crooked. As in the detents it is internally set to rotate between are not straight. The holes drilled to set the back onto the seat are off from each side by at least an inch... this means the back is literally on the chair crooked. At least it was easy to assemble though ... show more
