The kit arrived to me in 2 business days in excellent condition. The engine ships with oil already in it (its ok because its a splash style oil engine, you don't need to worry about it being inverted with oil inside). Engine was pristine and rust and damage free. It started on the second pull! Very easy to pull and start! Gas tank was solid, free of dents and rust. I reccomend getting the chain driven version of this engine because the belt driven version will be more prone to slipping vs a chain as well as wear down faster. I get about 28mph max speed with the governor installed (don't remove the facotry installed governor, you WILL destroy the engine if you do!) and I weigh 200 pounds. I imagine if you weigh around 150 pounds you could get it up around 35mph. I reccomend using a different fuel line because the one in the kit will get hard and brittle after a month. I did not have to install the pedal assembly that came with the kit, as my bike allowed the stock pedals to clear the engine. Its a fun little project to build and even more fun to ride! This kit is sold through a bunch of different sellers on Amazon. This seller in particular responded within 8 hours of my messaging and resolved my issue immediately by shipping out a replacement bracket. If your considering this engine kit, I reccomend buying it from this seller. Not only did the engine and all parts in the kit arrive in excellent condition, the seller is extremely helpful in resolving any issues you may have. I highly reccomend! ... show more

I've converted 10 bikes to motor driven bikes. 49cc,80cc,100 cc 2 stroke engines. This four stroke is quiter, smoother, and the pull start is worth its weight in gold. The engine mounting plate is superior to the old mounts. Just be sure you have at least 7.5 inches of clearance for the bottom mount and then mark that point on the frame horizontally. from that line measure up/vertical. You will need 10,5 inches of clearance. Many Men's frames don't have the clearance for this engine. ... show more
