    • Poorly built.
Similar to another review. Both ends of the panel were the same…neither end labeled per instructions. Water does not flow through as it should no matter how you hook it up. Comes in and goes out without heating the water.

    • Makes no sense, water would go straight through the pipe.
The pipe on each end of the heater goes straight through, there’s nothing to direct the water to go through the actual heater. The instructions say to find the label on one of the pipes and that is used for the inlet and outlet, but there is no label on either. I installed with the inlet on one end and the outlet on the other pipe so the water has to go through the heater. They should either fix the product or update the directions. Too soon to know if they will actually produce heat but I believe they will. ... show more

    • Works without leaks - but limited heating
Product is sturdy - looks to be high density polyethylene. Arrives rolled up - you need to weigh down on flat surface in hot sun to flatten. Fittings are very large, like 1.25”. You’ll need several bushing adapters to step down to garden hose size. Paperwork shows water somehow magically circulates in and out the same end of the panel - this is total fiction. Big pipes at the ends are open all the way through. You must pump water in one end and receive it at the other end of the 25ft panel. The black plastic channels in this unit absorb heat from the sun, air, and whatever surface it’s laying on. At about 5gpm on a 100F day, this will increase the outgoing water temperature by about 4 degrees. Diminishing returns if you increase the flow rate. At 10gpm it barely moves 1 degree. In either case it would take forever to warm a large pool, like a 10’ x 20’ x 4’D. A kiddie pool would do great. You need multiple panels connected in series to benefit a big pool. Unfortunately, this vendor only sells one at a time. Probably had a lot of returns from whiners who don’t know what they’re doing. Easy to assemble. light weight. works well under the sun and foggy days in CA. keeps my pool at a nice temperature.

    • Faulty product
There is no “label” on my black heater piece, and the water can flow straight through with no hose diverting it to heat it up. Will be attempting to contact customer support to get the correct pieces otherwise it is a major waste of time and a piece of junk

I bought this from Amazon and was shipped from the USA, but when I ask for a return that , The company send an email with China address!!!??????, do you know why? first, we need to pay for that to be returned and because of that will be more expensive to return that than the product itself!!!!
