Got this for my 2015 Ram Big Horn. Packaging was a little beat up but no damage to the product miraculously. Directions were a little vague but not hard to figure out at all. Lining it up took some time so just take your time with that. Installation took about 30min. Wish the clamps were a little more heavy duty but you get what you pay for. My only displeasure is the two yellow safety straps were put together twisted and backwards so that sucks. I drive on the interstate every month so hopefully it doesn’t fly off. Other than that it looks good and had very minimal leaking when going through the car wash. ... show more

This cover works great for the price. The last one we purchased was $900 and it is only slightly better than this one. This one was DIY by myself and I was done in 40 minutes or so. Fit is great on my 2023 64 bed Dodge Ram 2500. The only part I don't like on this one is that it has the plastic snaps on it and they are just long enough that they flap in the wind at 60MPH and bounce off the truck. Not damaging but definitely annoying. I just velcroed them to my truck to prevent the noise but I like my other cover on the old truck that had a hook and loop. ... show more

BEWARE OF SPAM emails within minutes if you try & contact CS! Does not fit Ram 3500 8 ft bed dually .The Mamoru 8 ft 2 in soft roll up does! Sure simple to install but you can't close it because there's not enough velcro at the end to clear the rail no matter what brand it is. Mine came into parts for the eight foot all connections are tight velcro is as taught as possible and it cannot clear the railing at the ends to close. Customer service options are a waste of time they don't function I've tried an email but at this point I'm so irritated I'm just going to return it. ... show more
