So at this price point I was skeptical - but we love this chair!! So much so that we ordered two! They are narrow enough to fit our small keeping room, but do not look or feel small at all. The padding is full and plush and the color is a rich brown. The recline mechanism is a little stiff to close, but the swivel is very smooth and it rocks as well. In addition, their customer service is very responsive and easy to work with. We had a slight problem with the order itself and they were quick to respond and solved our problem on the first try. It was very easy to assemble. Just pop the back on and zip on the arm pads. Just took a few minute. It’s it’s very padded and comfortable. Great chair for the price.

I have never bought furniture on line but the price-including shipping-was 1/2 the cost of the furniture store I normally use. I thought it would be smaller then it actually is. Its the perfect size for our family room. Extremely comfortable!!
