I really like this bed. It's sturdy (though it hasn't been battle tested and I think you know what I mean) and fits beautifully in its space. I wish the "headboard" was a bit higher, but in my contrary way, then I would think that it was too much, so I'm going just leave well enough alone and say I love it. I'm not the sit up in bed type anyway. There is a lot going on in my bedroom (loveseat, oversized chair, two cats, etc) so the simplicity of this bed suits me perfectly. I'm going to say it was easy to put together because that's what the guys who put it together for me said. I don't think they would lie. My verdict: 2 enthusiastic thumbs up! ... show more

I was super reluctant to get this bed for my son(he’s fussy and 19!). We put it together with the directions that are posted here on Amazon since it came with no directions! However that being said that is the only fault I can find with this bed. It was easy to assemble and it is incredibly sturdy. My son who is very picky was very impressed with it. I love the bed frame, it’s exactly what I wanted. It’s very sturdy and quiet. I did have some issues with a couple of the screws but overall it was easy to follow the instructions and assemble it.

It's a great platform that doesn't require a box mattress. I got a foam m on top and I was worried that it would sag in between the suports. Thankfully this hasn't been the case. Though it is a full thickness mattress. A camping pad might not be so forgiving. Just make sure you have a Phillips Screwdriver. And a better allen wrench would also be good. ... show more

This bed is great! Super sturdy, completed assembly within an hour with two people, no rush. I ordered the bed and their dresser, the bed came in on time. When I had an issue with the dresser, I was promptly contacted and figured out the problem. Overall, wonderful purchase, great price!

Good product for its price instructions are clear. My one issue is that there was no mentioning of needing a mallet for the mettle slats. based on my experience of putting one together I would advise getting a rubber mallet, makes it a lot easier to insert the metal slats luckily I had one on hand.
